When Dark Memories knock at your door (Ivy and Thomas)

Thomas held the door for her

I nodded a bit with a small smile. "Thank you."

"Your welcome lass" Thomas replied

I smiled at him. He was such a nice guy, he could make a real friend.

"Ready to head back?" Thomas asked

"Yes, sure," I nodded.

Thomas nodded, then lead her back to the lab

We went back to the lab. It was night, I don't know exactly what time, but we had been working all day long. I looked at Thomas, a bit surprised. I wanted to stay there and see if I can't find anything, but what about him? "Don't you go home?" I asked.

Thomas looked at Ivy, "I do" he replied

I nodded with a small smile. "Okay then," I said. "Thank you for bringing me, I'll stay here, maybe I can find something else."

Thomas nodded, "Your welcome lass" he replied

I took a few steps to him. "And thank you for...everything," I told him sincerely. He had helped me get through one of the toughest moments in my life.

"Your most welcome lass" Thomas said to her

I smiled and took a few steps towards him and put my arms around his neck. "Thank you," I whispered again.

Thomas watched Ivy as she did that

I hugged him tighter as another few tears rolled down my face.

Thomas returned the hug

I broke the hug and wiped my tears away. I gave him a small smile. "Okay then," I said. "I'll get back to work now."

Thomas nodded, then headed out
