Trouble in the bank. (Mac/Anyone)

"Like you." I said, wrapping my arm around her shoulders.

"After today I'm not so sure I am strong." She said.

"You know... defining the word strong isn't as simple as it sometimes seems. You didn't break down and cry in front of your small girl and you are there for her, protecting her, no matter what." I said to Katrina in a gentle tone. "I think that makes you strong, Katrina. But even strong girls sometimes need someone to lean on."

She shrugged and looked at him. "You maybe right." She smiled still leaning on him.

I nodded and smiled a little.

She sat up and shook her head a little. "Seems I'm always leaning on you."

"Seems to be like that, but I honestly don't mind." I said with a smile.

She looked at him. "Really?"

I looked at her and nodded.
"Really."

She smiled laying her head on him again.

I let her do just that, smiling a little.

Star had got up and walked over to them and looked at them then climbed on the couch with them.

I smiled at the little girl as she climbed onto the couch with us.

Star sit in between them and laid her laid in Mac's lap.

I smiled and gently stroke her head with my free hand. While doing that I thought of moments like that I had with Katrina, when she was little and also sometimes with my own daughter, as she was that small, but Eleni was nothing like Star, that little girl was more like her mother than both may know yet.

Star fell back asleep. Katrina smiled as she started felling asleep.

Noticing she was falling asleep again I smiled and then glanced at Katrina.

Katrina opened her eyes and smiled at Mac.

I smiled back at her.

SHe closed them again while rubbing her daughter's back.
