Trouble in the bank. (Mac/Anyone)

"She has no idea what she was seeing." Katrina said.

"Probably and that's good for now. She saw things she shouldn't have, but..." I said and sighed a little. "I'm just glad we got outta there alive."

Katrina nodded. "Yea"

I give her smile.
"Ice cream to make it good?" I suggested.

She shook her head and did a yucky face.

She shook her head again.

I nodded and was okay with that.

Katrina gave him a smile then heard Star scream She ran to the room.

I smiled back and when Star screamed I followed her slowly, leaning against the door frame to the guest room, watching them.

Star was crying as Katrina held her.
KAtrina looked at Mac as she rubbed her back.

I gave her an encouraging smile, walking up to them.

Katrina smiled at him.
Star calmed down a bit.

I gently stroke the little girls back.
"Don't cry, big girl" I said softly.

Star sniffled trying to stop.
Katrina kissed her head. "Shhhh Baby girl your safe."

I nodded at Kat's wordsm giving them both a small smile.

Star started falling asleep as Katrina rocked her back and forth

I watched them both, actually being amazed by how well Katrina did her job as a mother for that little girl despite she was so young.

After Star fell back asleep Katrina laid her down and walked out.

I had gone back to living room, waiting for her to return, watching the news on TV.

Katrina sat on the couch with him and sighed heavily.

"Why so worried, Kat? You did great today." I said warmly.

"I just hate seeing her like that." She said.

I nodded.
"Understandable." I said quietly. "But I believe she's going to be fine, soon."

She nodded and laid her head on Mac. "She's very strong."
