I let her do that, offering my comfort, glad she let me do that.

She held into him then pulled back a bit. "You don't got to do this Mac."

You know dealing with me and trying to comfort me its not your job." SHe said looking down.

"If not mine, who's job is it?" I asked, shrugging. "I don't mind being there for you."

She shook her head and rubbed her head.

I give her a small smile.

SHe just looked down.

She nodded. "Most everything."

I nodded in agreement.
"You going to be okay now?"

She shrugged. "I guess I'll have to be."

"That's my line." I gently teased.

She gave him a sad smile then laid her head on him.

I held her close again, gently rubbing her back.

I smiled a little.
"I'm glad I could keep you two save." I replied.

She laughed a little shaking her head.

I looked at her with raised brows.
"What?"

"Who doesn't check the to see is the safely is on?" She said.

"Well, yeah, that was stupid." I said, smiling.

She nodded and gave him a small smile.

I smiled back at her.
"I like that face much better."

She looked at him. "Sorry Mac I was just in shock."
