hazing (Haylen)

I showed the same reaction as Shannon and at the same time I thought about what we could do to help those women and Kaitlin.

Katlin lowered her shirt, then sobbed a bit, "Please help us" she said, looking at the two detectives

I looked up at Shannon for a few seconds and then back at Kaitlin.
"We will." I said gently.

Katlin nodded a bit after Haylen said that to her, at the same time, Shannon got up and walked out of the room

"You're going to be okay, now, Kaitlin." I said to young woman, gently touching her hand as I said that. A few moments later I followed Shannon out of room.

Kaitlin nodded again, then went with the female officer that was in the room, walking with her to a desk that was down the hall, Shannon watched her, then looked at Haylen

"What are you thinking?" I asked my friend in a gentle tone. I knew she didn't like what she just saw and heard, but neither did I.

Shannon sighed, "That this sorority has gotten away with this for to long." she replied

"I totally agree with you." I said with a small sigh. "Any idea how we'll get them?"

Shannon thought for a moment, "Not to be forward Haylen but you have a youthful appearance." she said to her, "The best way to get them is if you go undercover."

I looked at Shannon for a while, a little surprised by her words. Not that I mind her telling me that I looked youthful, but I never went somewhere undercover, though this was quite the challenge.
"Ok-ay." I said with some hasitation.

Shannon sensed the hesitation, "Don't worry I'm going with you." she said

"Well, just a little surprised and actually a little nervous." I said, being honest. But if she was going with me, it wouldn't be that bad, at least I wasn't alone, right?

Shannon nodded, "Haylen, I'll make sure your wearing an ear piece and if anything happens I will be the first one through the door to get you." she said to her

I took a deep breath and nodded.
"Okay, let's do it." I said a little more determined. I knew that basically nothing could happen to me and I did learn how to defent myself even without a gun, so actually I should be fine.

Shannon nodded as well, "First we better get new looks" she said to Haylen

I am a little shocked by her words, but quickly compose myself, knowing that we needed that I gave her a nod.

Shannon took her to were the undercover officers got the clothes they wear for assignments they take on

As she took me with her to get a new look I was actually more excited now than nervous. Fact was, that I wanted to help those young women, even if it meant to go undercover.

Shannon got the right outfits for them, handing one of them to Haylen

"Wow. Never thought I'd ever wear something like this." I said, as I took the outfit from Shannon.

"Agreed, but its part of the job" Shannon replied as she changed

I nodded and quickly changed and then put my long blond hair, which I actually loved pretty much, into a ponytail.
"Looks nice, eh?" I commented with a small grin.

Shannon looked at her, then nodded, "Very nice Haylen" she replied

I giggle a little and then wait for Shannon.
