Abusive Personality [Stella/Thomas]

Thomas soon found were he was, after getting a warrant, he went over to the location and knocked on the door

Inside Andrew had a feeling about who was going to be there and went to open. He wasn't going to refuse.

Thomas knocked on the door again, "Andrew, NYPD open up!" he said

He opened the door and looked at Thomas.
"Take me, I'm not going to cause trouble." he said, holding his hands out.

Thomas was a bit surprise at what Andrew said, he then nodded and handcuffed him, reading him his rights

Andrew listened quietly to Thomas, not saying anything else.

after he was done, Thomas got Andrew into the car and drove him back to the station

Andrew stayed quiet for the ride. He was ashamed and that was obvious.

Meanwhile I applied some makeup and cover the bruise, but stayed in my office, forgetting about my day off.

Thomas knew he was ashamed as he drove back to the station

Back at lab, I was in my office, trying to concentrate on some left over paperwork, while I waited for some good news, but it wouldn't work, mainly due to the fact, that I still had a slight headache. So I leaned back in my chair and closed my eyes for a moment.

Andrew looked down at his hands till they reached the station.

once at the station, Thomas got Andrew out and took him inside

Andrew went quietly.

Thomas got him into one of the interrogation rooms, then sat across from him, "Andrew, tell me what happened." he said calmly

Andrew looked up at Thomas, actually seeming confused.
"I... don't really know." he replied. "I swear... I've never laid hand on my wife before... almost two years ago."

Thomas watched him, seeing the confusion, "Andrew, relax, focus for me, alright?" he replied

Andrew looked at him then down and nodded.

Thomas watched him, "Think Andrew" he said to him

"I remember that day as if it was yesterday... we... were fighting about... nothing actually." he said quietly. "I... it feels like I just switched into another person. I felt bad after that and apologized... but that other me... it would come back when I was angry or... pissed at something."

Thomas nodded in reply as Andrew talked, "What happened that day that set you off?"

Andrew thought for a moment, sighing a little. "I think it was the fact that my boss threatened to fire me, because someone set the rumor that I was... seeing his wife."

Thomas nodded, "Who do you work for?" he asked

Jeremy Jackson. He owns a small newspaper. I'm journalist. But I swear to you, I never had a thing for his wife. We were just friends." Andrew said, looking at Thomas.

Thomas watched Andrew, then nodded, "I believe you" he replied gently, "But I still need to talk to your boss's wife." he added

"But that's not why I am here, is it?" Andrew asked confused.

Thomas sighed, "Your hear because you hit someone, but with what you told me....that changes everything." he replied
