family secret (Haylen)

Adrian looked at them, "What?" he asked, "Were is our father?" Thomas asked

"Do I get a deal for talking with you guys?" Adrian replied. I glared at him. "Yeah: We don't kick your ass and just throw you in jail where you belong. Now where is he?"

the look on Thomas's face did not change, Adrian sighed, "South side docks, warehouse 12" he replied, "A woman is with him as well" he added, Thomas got into Adrian's face, "They better be alive or the consequences will not be pleasant for yourself.' he said to him before leaving

"You better believe what he said." I told Adrian before I followed Thomas out of the room. The woman with dad got me a little thinking.

Thomas thought as well, little did he know, that woman was his mother

I got back to the car park and called my mother to tell her we were on our way to get our father back, alive as we hoped.

Haylen's mom sighed when she heard that, "Be careful Haylen" she said

"I will." I replied and hung up, looking at Thomas as we reached the car we used earlier.

Thomas got into the driver's seat and started the car

At the warehouse.....

I had my hand on my gun, just in case, but I felt my anxienty starting to rise a little in hope of finding m... well our father and that to me still unknown woman alive. Why was he with a woman in the first place?

Thomas was wondering the same thing as they entered, he had his gun out and ready in case anything happened, swat was with them as well, Thomas approached their father carefully

It seemed that they were both alone in the warehouse, but both looked pretty much beaten up, just like I knew... he wouldn't go down without a fight. There was a reason why I was like him so much. I carefully looked around as we got closer to them.

Thomas looked at the two, "Dad?" he said in Irish when close enough to him

Ryan didn't know much Irish, just picked up a few words, that's what he told me. When he heard Thomas he looked up at him, seeing a little of himself in the man that just called him dad. I watched them somehow close to tears, but knew I had to stay strong and concentrate on the job.

Thomas holstered his gun, then helped him and the woman up off the floor, both had a cuts and bruises on their faces

I kept my gun ready, but as soon as both were standing and dad looked at me, I walked up to them, letting him take me into his arms, but I still stayed strong enough.

Ryan looked at them, "My son and daughter" he said, trying to be strong for them as well, Thomas nodded a bit as swat came over and covered them

I pulled away and looked at Thomas, but as much as I wanted to, I couldn't stay that strong.

outside, Thomas got Ryan and the woman that was with him to the ambulance, Thomas looked at the woman, "Why are you with my dad?" he asked her

The woman looked at Thomas. "I told him about you, before we were kidnapped." she replied in Irish, knowing he'd understand. I just watched them.

Thomas nodded in reply, "Who are you?" he asked in Irish

"I'm Enya Kelly." she replied, looking down.

Thomas looked at her in silence for a few seconds, "Mom?" he said to her

She nodded, looking up at him, tears in her eyes.
I just understood the last few words as I watched them.

Thomas didn't know what to say, he sighed, then ran his hands across his face before looking at Enya again, "Why did you leave me at the orphanage?" he asked gently
