I stand up, a little happy that at least two or three persons cared about me.

"Thanks."

I whisper.

I took Karina's hand and daddy took mine ..and we all three walked over to the huge tablets full with food.

I grab some food and eat it. I realize how hungry I actually was.

"Lucy, did you already apologize cause we did this thing with Santa?"

Why should I apologize? I asked as I almost dropped all the food from my hand.

"I don`t know. I had to apologize. My mother forced me."

I tell Lucy and look like I ate something ugly.

I used small, with what they wanted in their meal. And I watched them eat and talk. I'm a little smile, I am glad that Lucy had found a friend. Then while looking at them, I see further Stella, who is sitting, and which no longer seems too much like the festival that takes place. I wait a bit before the show, as could be wished she did not see anyone. Then after telling a Lucy and Karina I returned, I headed toward it. And sits on a chair, looking at everything right in my eyes, I asked

Ar'u Okay ?

"yeah I'm fine"

I lie and try to avoid his look

"did Lucy ready said sorry to santa don?"

I really think she should... If there where other children while they blew up santa's cover the whole party would have been in danger..

I still look at Stella. She looks really tired, or maybe she is sick. This is evident on his face. I smiled then, but hey it does not look into his plate.

I sigh and look through the window, snow..
Mostly I like snow but now it's annoying and its driving me crazy!

I turned from the food table and saw Uncle Danny and Aunt Stella. I was really happy to see them so I yelled
Hi Aunt Stella! Hi Uncle Danny! but felt immediately bad...

They seemed to be in the very middle of an important conversation.

Oh gosh THAT was humiliating... I thought to myself...Way to screw it up Kasey...

Im happy to see her and she saved me out of a 'whats wrong with you' conversation

I was talking with Stella about the fact that she is maybe sick. When I saw Kasey who coming and look us. I was just saying to Stella, that it might be preferable to go find Mac to tell him. Or maybe go home. But I had no time to say anything that Kasey spoke before me. I listen now. She looks embarrassed, as if she thought she had nothing to do in this discussion. I smiled then.

Daddy? Do I really have to apologize to uncle donnie?
I asked and walked over to him between auntie stella,kasey and uncle mac..felling quite uncomfortable because I had interrubed their conversation.

I was going to say that I let them talk to both take care of Lucy. When I see Lucy just come to me asking me if she should apologize to Don. I smiled, because she seems to think she interrupted the discussion. And it looks. As I sat, I was invited to join me in giving her my arm. As she can sit on my lap.
