Sleepwalker [Thomas, Everyone]

"I don't know. Maybe they've known each other?" I asked.

Thomas nodded, "Its possable" he replied, "We better talk to Anna again."

I nodded, putting the file down and looked at him. "Poor girl."

"Aye" Thomas replied

I nodded and then walked up to the door.

Thomas finished up, then went with her

I went to the elevator, staying quiet.

Thomas did as well, not knowing the link the would find between Anna and the latest victim

Once at Anna's home, a nice a little house, I rang the doorbell.

Thomas stood behind Haylen as they waited

Mrs. Michaels, Anna mother, opened the door, looking pretty bad, but also a bit surprised to see us that soon again.

Thomas saw she had a black eye, "Mrs. Micheals, how did you get your black eye?" he asked

She looked at him in fear, shaking head. "I uh... fell." she lied, but it was obvious that she couldn't talk about it, but it seemed like she wanted to. I sighed a bit.

Thomas knew it, "Can you step outside please?" he asked

Mrs. Michaels sighed, then looked over her should, but then stepped outside, looking at Thomas.

Thomas watched her

Mrs. Michaels looked at Thomas and then at me. She closed the door behind her, the keys in hand.
"Please... I can't talk right now..." she said quietly, almost pleadingly.

Thomas nodded, "You need a place to stay?" he asked

Mrs. Michaels looked at us then sighed.
"I'm sure it wasn't me you wanted to talk about..." she changed the subject.

Thomas nodded, then held up a photo of the victim he and Haylen were working with, "Do you or Anna know her?" he asked

Mrs. Michaels looked at the photo then swallowed hard and nodded. "They went to school together. She was Anna's best friend." she replied.

Thomas nodded, "Whats her name?" he asked

"Pauley Walters." she said.

Thomas nodded, then looked at Haylen

I looked at Thomas and sighed a little.
