One abuse Vitim to another. (Thomas/Haylen/Mac)

Sterling perked up a bit, "Why?" she asked

Thomas looked at Haylen, "How so?" he asked

Sterling nodded as she listened to Katrina, "My daddy is the same way"

"I'm sorry honey. But you know you can help your daddy right?" I asked.

"How?" Sterling asked, a bit confused

I just looked at Thomas.

"She's getting her to talk.... I... didn't know she went through that."

Thomas nodded, "She did, its a long story" he replied

"Well, I won't ask. Good she's with you now." I replied.

Thomas nodded, then looked back into the room

"by telling so one so they can help your dad." I say.

Sterling nodded, then slowly started to talk about what happened

I listened to her and it actually brought tears to my eyes, it reminded me so much of what Bill did to me.

Thomas knew that this was hard on Katrina

"Well Honey I think you should tell an officer this too, and if you want I'll stay with you." I say hoping the girl well talk to someone.

Sterling nodded, "Okay" she replied, wiping her face

I reached over and gently wipe the girls face and smile. "I'll be right back." I got up and walk out not knowing Thomas and Haylen listened in.

Sterling nodded, Thomas looked at Katrina when she came out of the room

I looked at her, too.
"Nice done." I said to her.

Thomas nodded in agreement, "Agreed" he added

I had my head down and nod lightly then walk to the bathroom.

Thomas followed her, "Katrina" he called out to her

I stop and take a breath, "Yes sir?"

Thomas walked up to her, "Thank you" he said to Katrina

I keep my back to him. "Yea." I say and start waking again.

Thomas nodded, then gently patted her on the back
