a royal crime (Haylen, anyone)

I sneaked around the building, while the rest of the team drew down on them, taking two SWAT guys with me, as I thought they were probably going to try the back entrance to escape.

Thomas, Don and SWAT entered the building, as they did, shots rang out, Thomas returned fire

At the back side I entered with the two SWAT guys and we heard the shots. as soon as we heard them, we went for the direction they came from.

at the same time, two from each side got hit, the wounded SWAT officers were taken outside to be treated

At the same time, I carefully got up behind them and knocked one of them out, cuffed him and continued. I didn't want to kill them if it wasn't necessary.

seeing their leader taken out, the others gave up, Thomas and Don moved in to arrest them, "Your too late" the leader hissed, "Our plan is in motion"

I grabbed him and got close to him. "You think we're not prepared for that?" I taunted and then let another officer take him away and help arresting the rest of them.

the officer took the group leader outside, Thomas walked over to her, "Good work" he said to Haylen

I looked at him and smiled a little. "Thanks, bro." I replied, but only for him to hear to hear the 'bro'

Thomas looked at Haylen, then smiled after hearing her say that to him, at the same time, his phone rang, "Kelly" he replied, "What?, you sure about that?" he said out loud

His question on the phone got me on alert once more. Something didn't seem to be quite right.

Thomas listened for a while, then hung up, "I don't believe this, they got her and managed to take out Cory while we were here."

"What!?" I asked in shock and disbelief.

Thomas nodded in reply, "We better get over there" he said to her

I merely nodded and get going.

Thomas walked quickly out of the building and to the car

At the scene....

two of the guard were dead, the rest were wounded, Prince William was lying on the bed face up, he had been knocked out in the attack

I was shocked, but kept it inside for now. I couldn't believe they got her.
"Damn it."

Thomas entered the room, "CLEAR" he called out while holstering his gun, he then walked over to William and checked him, "I got a pulse, get an ambulance over here on the double."

"I'm on it." I replied calling it in.

Thomas nodded, then started first aid on the prince, meanwhile, Catherine was being held in an apartment by four other men

I walked back into the apartment and start processing what I could process.
"I wonder if this is money thing, a political thing or both."

Thomas looked at Haylen, "I would go more with political" he replied as the EMTs showed up

I nodded and let the EMTs do their job, before getting back to mine.
