Coffee with the Captain? (Anyone)

It me. I noticed that Ivy was going to leave the same time as me and Keven, so I thought maybe we could leave together.
"Ivy, hey." I said as Keven and I reached her.

I almost rolled my eyes when I was called. I was so tired... I turned around to see that James Kirk was the one who did it. I forgot the tiredness for a moment and answered with a smile. "For nothing."
Then I wanted to open the door, when someone else called me. It was Haylen. "Hey, guys," I greeted her and Keven. "I didn't see you."

"I'm fine you don't have to.." but it was already too late, James was already on his way to get a sandwich

"Well, don't worry. Do you walk?" I asked her, while Keven held onto my hand.

I smiled and went on to the counter to order. And then goes back to the table a couple of minutes later. "Here you go Detective. Eat Up" I said smiling.

"I hope I'll be able to, after this shift," I joked.

"Yah, I know what you mean." I said with a knowing smile. "Mind some company?"

"No, of course not," I told them and glanced at James over my shoulder.

"I thought Stella was with Mac?" I asked as I noticed Ivy glacing at James. From what I figured this far he was single.

I looked at the door and saw Ivy glanced back. I smiled and raised my hand for good bye.

I smiled shyly and turned to Haylen.
"What?" I asked, realising she had asked me something. "Umm, I don't know..."

Noticing his smile and wave as well, I shrugged.
"Nevermind." I said with a smile. "I hope you wrote number on that paper you gave him."

I was adjusting my jacket when she said that. I quickly raised my eyes at her. "Wha-what?" I asked.

I look at Ivy and Haylen slightly confused. "do they think I'm with you?" I look at James frowning. "I haven't seen you in years..." guess I can't even have male friends..

I just grin at Ivy.
"Well, I keep my fingers crossed." I said and Keven gently punched my arm.

"They're your friends?" Glanced at the door and looks back at you. "Mmm..why? are you with someone at the present?"

"Haylen!" I told her with a frown, but a smile at the same time. "It's nothing, okay?"

I laughed a little.
"Okay, if you say so."

"I guess so but if they say this behind my back I doubt it.." I look at them leaving. "I wonder why people think I'm with Mac.. He's my boss..." starts to get pissed off

"Okay," I said but then saw her small laugh. "Stop that!"

I stopped and looked at Ivy. I had a hard time hiding my smile.

I looked at her and her smile, but decided to change the subject. "So, what are you guys doing?" I asked quickly, as nothing else came to my mind.

"Well, going back to work in a bit... I start my shift in a bit." I said and Keven nodded. "same here."

I guess we can do something about that. /Leans in and kisses you/

"I feel so good when some people just start work and I'm going to bed," I told them with a smile.
