bikers and cops(Danny Reagan)

The small girl looked at Thomas and then nodded with a sad face, before tears start to roll down her cheeks. The little cat snuggled closer to the girl, miaowing a little. She seemed pretty close to the girl.
"Wants my... mommy...." she sobbed softly.

Danny got to his knee next to her, resting his hand on the girls back and then gently petted the cat's head to which she looked at him with loving eyes. The girl looked at him, too.
"You know who hurt your mother?" he asked in a gentle tone.
"..ig guy... mommy cried... and ...sayed... stop Tim." she said, still tears in her eyes.

Thomas nodded as sat next to her, "Is that when you hid?" he asked

The girl nodded, her eyes watering again.
Danny looked at Thomas.
"How about we take her with us to the station and see if she can help us get a scatch of the guy and then take her to the hospital?" Danny asked him in a quiet tone.

Thomas nodded in reply, he then picked the girl up and walked outside with her

The girl held onto her cat while she was carried by Thomas. Danny followed them out of the building.

Thomas took her to the suv they came over in, sitting her in the back

The little girl looked up with sad eyes, as she had some troubles keeping the cat close to her right now. Danny had seen the box for her in the hallway as they walked down and had wisely taken it with him and now opened the door, smiling as the little girl's face softened and she put her kitten into the box.
"What's it's name?" Danny asked as he decided to stay in the back.
"Lizzy. It's a girl." she replied proudly, causing Danny to smile.

Thomas smiled when she said that, "And what is your name?" he asked, "Amber" she replied, "Beautiful name" Thomas said to Amber

Amber nodded proudly.

Thomas smiled, then took her to the hospital

Staying in the back of the car with the little girl was the only right thing for Danny to do. Having kids of his own, he knew how to keep her busy and how to keep her thinking positiv though she was a little scared first, but when Danny started playing with the cat in it's box a little before it fell asleep and was also talking to her, he became Amber's best friend.

Thomas smiled a bit as he listened to Danny and Amber talk, they soon got the hospital, Thomas parked close to the door

Once the car stopped Danny got outside, taking the box with the still sleeping cat and waited for Thomas.

Thomas got Amber and carried her inside, a female doctor met up with him and took Amber into one of the treatment rooms

As Amber was about to be seperated from Danny, Thomas and most imortantly her car Lizzy, she started to fuss.

Thomas walked up and gently took her hand

Danny nodded to the little girl, keeping the small cat with him, which was now awake, having heard her mummy fuss. He knew he couldn't go in there with the animal in it's box. It wasn't actually allowed to bring it in here, but there was no other choice.
"I'm keeping her save." Danny told Amber.

Amber looked at Danny, then nodded, slowly calming down as Thomas held her hand

The doctor took care of the little girl, finding nothing to be worried about. She was just a little shaken but that was it.
In the meantime Danny was in the waiting area, observing the cat in it's box as it played with a small stuffie that was inside.

Thomas walked over and sat next to Danny, looking at the cat as it played, he could not help but smile

"Cute little thing, eh?" Danny asked, noticing his smile.

"Aye" Thomas replied

Danny smiled a little and watched the cat as she got tired and lay down again, yawning.

Thomas watched as well, a few minutes later, the doctor came up to them

Danny looked at the doctor in a questioning way.
"Anything to worry about?" he asked him
