bikers and cops(Danny Reagan)

Clay looked at Danny, then at Thomas, "We were going to use her as leverage to get James back in the gang." Clay replied, Thomas sighed, with out warning, he shoved Clay out of his chair

Danny just shook his head. A little girl used as a bait... that wasn't to his liking either.
"Why? I mean James was murdered." Danny said a slight bit angry. He couldn't believe that they didn't know, since he talked to some of the gang earlier.

Clay looked at Danny and Thomas, "If he didn't come back, we were going to kill her." he snared, Thomas looked down at Clay, "You coward" he said to him in quiet anger

Danny's temper got the best of him, slamming Clay against the wall and pinning him up there. He was angry, that was obvious.
"Ya should be gettin' death sentence for that, you s.o.b." he hissed at Clay.

Thomas looked at Clay, "You familiar with the words 'spread eagle'?" he asked, Clay glanced at him when he said that

"Yeah, he is..." Danny sneered a little.

Thomas nodded, "Then you will know that it is a very bloody thing and the only thing protecting you from us doing that is the badges that we wear."

"And our faith." Danny added.

"That too" Thomas replied

"Well, we can book him for storming in here with guns.... but that ain't tell us, who killed James." Danny said, looking at Thomas and then at Clay. "Got somethin' to say 'bout this?"

Thomas nodded, then looked at Clay, "Alright, I met up with James at his place." Clay replied, "Go on" Thomas said to him

Danny looked at Clay when he started talking.
"I wanted to talk to him... and I did. But I swear he was alive when I left." Clay said.
"What was that conversation 'bout?"

Thomas nodded as he listened, "I was trying to get James to come back to the group." Clay replied

"And I supposed he said no?" Danny said, looking at Clay.

"Yes he did" Clay replied, "But I'm telling you he was alive when I left." he added, Thomas nodded, "We will see about that"

"Everybody in that chair says so first." Danny said, frowing at Clay. "What time did you left and where did you go after you talked to him?"

"11:30 and I went back to the meeting house." Clay replied, Thomas smirked a bit, "You know, its mathematically and psychically imposable to be in two places at once, unless your standing on a border.....which your not." he told him

Danny glanced at Thomas and then looked at Clay.
"Man, I didn't do it!" Clay instisted.

"Then why are you acting like you have something to hide?" Thomas asked

"Ever seen a biker trusting a cop?" Clay retorted.

"It seems like James did after he got out jail." Thomas replied

"Yeah, that was exactly when he turned his back on us." Clay said, a little upset.
"The feeling of betrayal is a huge motive for murder." Danny replied seriously.

"Aye it is" Thomas replied in agreement, "So, what happened?, you went to confront James and his new lass got in the way?" he asked

"Damn bitch interfered right away when she should've kept her mouth shut!" Clay replied. "And that little brat Amber called him daddy and she wasn't even his!"
Danny resisted the urge the hit him for that reply, but shot Clay a very angry look.

Thomas was resisting the same urge, "What happened next?" he asked
