Unbelievable [everyone]

"I'm fine.. Why are you here, thought you left to LV by now" I wonder and look at you a bit frustrated.. I'm so leaving tomorrow.... No way I'm gonna stay here

"My flight got cancelled because of the snow storm. I hoped you can offer me place to say for the night!" I explain to her. "You didn't pick up and I called Mac. He told me what happened."

"You can stay in my apartment" I say with a smile "so can Lindsay and Alex, there is enough space now I'm like stuck in the hospital.." I frown and listen how she found out about me being here "You called Mac? where is he actually? is he here too?" I wonder if he's here too, I hope he is.

"Thanks," I smile and continue. "Yes, I called Mac because I got worried. I felt something was wrong and you didn't pick up. I didnt know who to call. He's out there waiting to come in. Do you want me to go and get him?"

"yes please. Umm well if you don't mind" i say with a smile. I'm glad Cath is here i also wanna see Mac

"It's no problem," I smile and walk to the door. "I'm glad you're alive, Stella!" I walk back to the hall and up to Mac. "Hey.." I smile at him. "She's awake and asking for you!"

I looked at Cathrine as she said that, somewhat surprised that Stella asked for me, but then nodded.
"Thanks." I said and gave her a small smile, before I left to go and see Stella. Of course I knocked at the door before I entered the room.
"Hey..." I greeted her in a low tone and with a small smile, as I walk up to her.

Thomas and Shannon stood behind Mac as Catherine talked with him, Shannon took Thomas's hand as they listened

I immediately recognized the voice, It was Mac, a smile appeared on my face. I turn my head and watch Mac walking up to me "Hey" I reply, still smiling

Thomas and Shannon waited outside Stella's room while Mac went in

"How are you feeling? I know, you heard that question a thousand times I guess..." I said still in a low tone as I sat down on the chair beside her bed, where her visitors had been sitting before and look at her.

"only once from Cath, I'm feeling alright, the light is just killing me, that's why they are not on" I explain and smile, glad he's here

"Figured as much." I told her and gave her a small smile. "Don't you ever startle me like that again." I said in a playful warning.

"I'll try not to, it wasn't my fault you know" I say smiling

"I know. Just glad you're going to be okay." I said softly took her hand in mine, giving it a small squeeze.

"I want to go home already.. Cath told me I can't just yet but I don't like being here very much" I explain and frown

"I know how you feel Stella, I hate hospitals just as much as you, but I think they won't let you go just yet." I said quietly. I knew she hated hospital but there was no way she could leave today.

"I really do want to leave tomorrow, I'm doing perfectly fine and I'm ready to go home" I tell him, hoping the nurses would let me go home soon

"We'll see if they let you go home tomorrow, but you know that you're not going be allowed to work for at least a few weeks." I said, wanting to at least give her some hope.

"a few weeks? don't be ridiculous it's not like I'm sick or something" I tell him and try to sit up. "ouch.." I frown and lay back down.

"See, no work. Besides, Stella, that guy bumped you head and shot you, you really should rest and recover before you go back into the field." I said and then smiled a little. "And ya know I'll keep an eye on you."

"how are you going to do that while I can't go to work.... I'm totally stuck here in the hospital there is no way they let me go home alone...." I frown

"They're going to keep you here that long? I don't think they can." I say, still her hand in mine. "Besides you've got a faithful visitor here."
