Thomas nodded, "Okay, now need to get your feathers ruffled, this way." the man replied, "Your one of the top smugglers in Europe aren't you?" he asked Thomas, "Yes I am" Thomas replied, "What about your female help here?" the man asked as he lead them to the girls

"Let's say I'm just that, his female help." I replied.

the man nodded as the got to the girls, Sasha was whimpering a bit

I hid a wince as I heard her whimpering. I knew I had to play the bad smuggling person and I figured that was way better than being a victim.

"Shut up!" the man screamed at Sasha, "She will give you the most trouble."

I nodded at the guy, studying the women that were held captive, playing my role.

Outside the building backup arrived and got ready for action.

Thomas finished talking with the group leader, "Our transport is here, lets get these lasses moved." he said to him, the guy nodded, then motioned to his subordinates, what they didn't know was that Thomas's "back up" was an undercover SWAT team

As the guy was turning, talking to his guys, I gave Thomas a quick, mischievous smile and then went back to my role, watching as the guys talk and always kept an eye on the girls, seeing if someone was about to give us any trouble, that could put our plan on danger. But the girls seemed to be quiet.

Thomas did the same back to Haylen, then looked at the girls, "Move it lasses" he said to them, still in character

It was a little hard for me to treat these women kind of harsh but I had to keep my cover up, so did what was necessary. Outside our 'back up' was already waiting for us.

outside, Thomas herded the women into van, inside, two NYPD officers freed the women, but told them to keep quiet for a while longer

outside, Thomas shut the door to the van, then walked over to the group's leader, "When can we expect the next exchange?" he asked

I was the last to walk out of the building. I was making sure no one stayed inside and then waited.

the leader looked at Thomas, "Soon man, it takes time you know." he replied, "I know, but like my partner and I told you, the people we work for want things done quickly before we are caught." he replied, that was the signal, at the same time, uniformed officers and the plain clothes officers descended on them

One guy, that was closest to me tried to run and I quickly grabbed him. However he managed to get the upper hand and with his back close to the wall of the building behind us, he had his arm around my neck, but obviously was unarmed.
I used my training and slammed my elbows into his sides, quickly grabbing his arm as he loosened his grasp on me and pulled him to the ground, so he landed on his stomach. I got my knee onto his back and a good grip on his arm. and then cuffed him.

outside, Thomas helped corral the others, then got the women over to the EMTs to get checked out, the leader ran and Thomas gave chase, behind the warehouse, Thomas cornered him, after a short, but brutal fight, Thomas managed to handcuff him and get him back to were the others were

I was getting the guy that I fought with to the officer who would take him to the precinct.
When I turned I saw Thomas coming back with the leader.

Thomas handed him off to some SWAT officers, then looked at Haylen and nodded to her

I gave him a small smile, seeing he had been in a fight with the leader.

Thomas smiled abit back to her, then walked over

"We're actually a pretty good team." I said quietly, but loud enough for him to hear.

Thomas nodded, "Aye, we are" he replied

Looking at him I smiled a little.
"You okay?"

"I am" Thomas replied

"Glad to hear that." I said with a small smile.
