Demons (Haylen, Stella)

I looked around and found something that looked like skidmarks from a very used car.
"Seems like he had a car waiting here, though the tires seem pretty old, not much of a pattern left." I said, sounding a little frustrated.


the man sneaked close to the priest.

Thomas sighed a bit, "Aye" he replied


the priest started to walk to the main door of the church

I took a picture of the marks anyways and then looked around once again. I had a strange feeling about this.

so did Thomas, he continued looking around, at the same time, his phone rang, "Kelly" he answered, he was quiet for a few moments, "Were and when?" he asked, his voice somber as he spoke

I looked up when I heard the tone of his voice and looked at him in concern.

"On our way" Thomas replied, he then hung up, "One of the priests at St. Matthew's was found dead."

Okay, that was a hard piece of information to take. I sighed and went back inside to pack up.

Thomas did the same, back inside, Victoria was still with the officer, Thomas walked over and had her take Victoria to the station

I packed up and then walked to the SUV, waiting for Thomas.

Thomas soon joined her, getting in the passenger's seat

I took to us to the next crime scene, feeling a little tense right now.

Thomas was feeling the same way, when they got there, Thomas got out of the SUV first

I followed him quickly.

Thomas reached the priest, then knelt next to him

I stood back, watching for a moment. It was getting close to me as well.

Thomas said a prayer for the priest, then gloved up and checked him, finding a cd and note next to him

I had crossed myself after Thomas said the prayer, then started to process the area.

Thomas read the note, "Follow the path" was all it said, "What path?" Thomas asked, a bit confused at first

I looked at Thomas when he read that.
"Good question." I retorted.

Thomas nodded, at the same time, the ME workers came in to get the body, Thomas walked out to the suv, hoping the CD could tell them more

I was hoping the same, as I followed him outside, when I was done processing.

back at the SUV, Thomas put the CD into the computer and played the video file that was attached to it

Once done inside I went outside and over to the SUV to see what Thomas found.

Thomas watched the video file, all it showed was a device and a gloved hand starting a timer, "You have until midnight, follow the path to find it." the voice said

"Nice." I said a little upset.
