shooting hoops (Stella and Haylen)

Sara was at the gym near her house working on her jump shot, basketball was something that she was very good at and had gotten offers from several universities in New York and from out of state, as she continued, sweat dripped down Sara's face, she wiped her forehead, then continued with her work, the coaches at her school were impressed with her work ethic and leadership on the team, as a result, they and the other players reworded her with the captions position on the team, after working for a well over a half hour, Sara sat on the bench and opened her gateraid, taking a sip, at the same time, she heard the door open, Sara looked over to see who was coming in

I remembered that Sara told me she'd be doing her basketball training in this gym and had invi´ted me and Stella to come and watch her one day. I was just done with work and on my way home when I decided to stop by and see if she was still there and I walked into the big room I saw her sitting on a bench, taking a break.
I smiled at her and walked over to where she was sitting.
"Hey. How's it going today?" I asked her as I sat down next to her.

Sara smiled at Haylen, "Its going well, you just finish up at the crime lab?" she asked, setting her drink down next to her, "Thank you for coming Haylen" Sara added

"You're welcome, sweetie. Yeah, Mac finally let me go home." I said with a small smile.
"You know, I could use some distraction, it's been a while since I came here."

Sara smiled and nodded, "I heard that Mac is a very thorough man." she replied as she placed the ball in her lap, "What to shoot a few?" she asked, holding the ball up

"That he is. But he's a great detective and boss,one can learn a lot from him." I said and then took the ball from her hands. Good thing I decided to wear my sneakers tnight.
"I'll try. I have to warn you, I'm not as ygood as you." I smiled with a grin as I walked onto the field to start wird a simple penalty shot.

Sara nodded as she stood up, "I'll go easy Aunt Haylen" she replied, grinning a bit as she said that, she then watched as Haylen set up to take her shot

I had been playing bascetball just for fun when I was at the highshool, but it really was a long time ago. But the feeling of the ball in my hands created a small smile on my face. The ball felt great in my hands. I dribbled the ball a few times before I threw it like I learned it back and to my surprise I really hit a good shot and the ball went through the basket, causing me to smile satisfied.

Sara watched as Haylen's shot went through the hoop, she looked back at her and smiled, "Haylen, that was great" she said as she got the ball and dribbled back in

"Thanks... that was luck." I grinned and watched her getting the ball back.

Sara smiled, then dribbled past Haylen and went for a layup, which she made with the ease of a seasoned athlete

I watched Sara dribbling the ball past me and then getting ready. I admired the young lady for her athletic skills and how easily she maged all this, but then, I wasn't that lazy when it came to sports.
And now I had a great idea inside my mind.

Sara got the ball and passed it back to Haylen, "Your turn" she said at the same time

I took the ball from her hands and grinned.
"How about a little match? With one hoop?" I asked as I started to dribble the ball and made my way slowly running over to the hoop to to try another shot, but Sara was faster than I thought.

"hey guys"
I smile when I enter the gym, after a long day at work. Everyone has to work out someday right? Maybe I should get a WII FIT maybe it works, they even have the wii in red! That suits my living room. Oh why am I thinking about this? Maybe.. Nah probably not! Ok back to the ladies Stell!!

"I'm game" Sara replied to Haylen's comment about having a match. she managed to block Haylen's shot, then saw Stella, "Hey Aunt Stella" she said, "Whats up?" she asked, holding onto the ball

"Hey Stella! Want to join us for a match?" I asked as I saw Stella walking up to us. This was going to be fun, if she joins us.

"sure, sounds like fun to me" I look at you guys and put my bag on the ground. "what are we playing?

"Basketball with one hoop. Just for fun." I told Stella while I was trying to get the ball back from Sara, which wasn't that easy.

Sara managed to get away from Haylen, then passed the ball to Stella when she was open

Gee, she's fast! I thought as I watched Stella getting the ball and then made my way to get the ball from her.

Sara watched as Haylen tried to get the ball from Stella, smiling a bit

I smile and quickly pass the ball back to Sara

Sara caught it, then went to make a shot

"GO SARA" I yell and smile at Haylen
