A Bow, an Arrow and a Girl? [Uncle Thomas]

"You're welcome. Let's see if you can beat me." I said, waiting for him to practice a little.

Thomas nodded, then took his first shot

"Not bad." I said.

Thomas nodded, his arrow hit near the center of the target

I smiled at uncle Thomas, letting him do two more shots.

Thomas did so, getting better with this two shots

I was quite impressed when I saw that he was that good.
"Very good for a beginner. You sure you never done it?" I asked, teasing him a little.

Thomas looked at Lily, smiling a bit, "I'm sure" he replied

"Well, then you've got a good eye and a good feeling." I said, smiling a little. "You up for a friendly compitition?"

Thomas nodded, "Aye" he replied, the smile still on his face

I smiled as well. "5 shots in a row, you start?" I suggested.

Thomas nodded, "I shall" he replied, he then took his shot

I watched him. There was a good reason why I wanted my uncle to start.

Thomas's first shot hit close to the center, as did the next few

I watched closely, being proud of my uncle. It wasn't usually the case that a beginner was that good, but he had training from using guns.

Thomas finished, then looked at Lily, "Your turn" he said

I smiled and then nodded a bit. I concentrated on my shot and hit close to the center, as well. The second hit the center. I smiled proudly.

Thomas smiled as he watched her, "Very good"

"Aye?" I said and took my three shots, but only hitting close to the center.

Thomas nodded in reply, "Aye" he said to her

After I was done with my shots I stepped back, looking at uncle Thomas.

Thomas looked at the target, "Looks like a draw"

I smiled a little.
