Birthday Surprise [Stella/Eleni]

"they are ready and look great" I say and take the cookies out of oven

"Need some help?" I ask, as I now stand in the doorway.

"No I'm fine" I smile and lay the cookies on a plate on the counter.

"They smell tempting, as I think." I say with a smile.

"they have to cool down first, before you can try them"

"I know. don't wanna burn my tongue." I reply with a small smirk.

"very smart man, you are!" I smile and gently slap your shoulder

I chuckle a little and nod.

I smile and look at Eleni in the living room

"We're a good team, eh?" I comment looking at both women.

"Yes we are" eleni says with a big smile

"What else did you get today?" I ask Eleni, actually just being curious.

"mom got me this ring!" she showed her dad her new ring. "lydia gave me a friendship bracelet and uncle danny and auntie Lindsay gave me money to go shopping. Uncle don gave me that movie and cinema tickets. The others will come next saturday"

I smile as I listen to her.
"I see you're one happy birthday girl." I say.

"I am!" she smiles happily

"I like to hear that." I say and kiss her cheek.

She smiles and hugs her dad

I hug her back, holding her close.

"dad will you make me breakfast tomorrow?" she asks smiling

I turn and glance at Stella, not sure what to reply.

"we can't let him sleep on the couch Eleni" I look at her. "can't he sleep by you? Or i sleep on the couch" she says

I look back and forth between Stella and our daughter.

"Eleni.. He's my best friend, that doesn't mean you sleep in the same bed" Eleni frowns at me "right like you two never done it before besides you two love each other and don't deny that mom! I hear you talking in your sleep" I blush a little and listen to Eleni

I wasn't sure what to reply. I only knew that Eleni was most certainly right about that loving part, but I wasn't going to act against any of them.

sighs "Eleni..." "you know I'm right mom!, there is nothing you want more than dad being here more often and that's why he says, right dad?" she looks at her dad
