hearing her voice tremble, Thomas put his arms around Haylen and held her close

I did say anything else, trying to bite down my tears.

Thomas comforted his sister, gently rubbing her back while holding her

After a while I composed myself as best as possible and pull back a little, kissing his cheek before and then looked at him with a small smile.

Thomas smiled a bit as well after Haylen kissed him, "Want to tell me what happened?" he asked gently

"Have to anyways, I guess." I replied and took a deep breath before I started.

"I was getting ready, waiting to be picked up. I heard a knock on the door and thinking it was you, I opened the door. Sadly it wasn't and before I can move he's already getting down on me. Though I tried to fight back, he dragged to my bedroom, but as he pushed me onto the bed I kicked at him and get away, rushing toward my bathroom, cell phone already in my hands, but sadly he gets me again... pushing me back to the tub, where I lost my balance and he got the upper hand..." I stopped, whiping my eyes a little.

Thomas watched her, "Take your time sis" he said to her gently, "I'm not leaving you"

"Not sure I even want to say what he did then..." I said, looking at him.

Thomas got the hint, "You don't have to" he replied, he had a pretty good idea as to what happened

"Just enough to know he touched me...." I said quietly as a cold shiver ran down my spine.

Thomas nodded in reply, feeling sick, "And that is when you attacked him?" he asked

"Tried to all the time.... but... yeah, had to protect myself from... whatever." I replied.

Thomas nodded in reply, "Want me to stay with you tonight?" he asked

"I'd love you to, but... can't keep you from your family." I replied, always thinking about them as well.

Thomas nodded, "Haylen, they will understand" he said to her

I looked at him and then nodded. "Then... stay. Please?"

"I will" Thomas replied

"Thank you." I said, leaning back against him a little.

"Your welcome, sister" Thomas replied in a brotherly way

I smiled a little.
"I wonder if I'm even able to get some rest."

"I'm sure you will" Thomas replied

Thomas sat next to her and took her hand when she said that

"At least he didn't get to finish his plan." I said, looking up and then down again, freezing a little as another shiver ran down my back.

"Aye" Thomas replied in agreement, still holding Haylen's hand
