Don't mess with Star! (Mac)

She shook her head. "I've not seen him since the night I got Pregnant." She said.

I nodded and sighed a little. I told Adam to run the picture through the databases and see if he could find a match.
"And I take it, you don't know his name either."

She looked down ashamed and shook her head wiping her eyes.

I pulled her into my arms, rubbing her back.
"Don't worry about, I'll find her... and him" I said.

she held into him tight and nodded.

I held her close and looked up as Adam got something.

Kat pulled back and looked at Adam.

"Found something...." he said and showed us the result. I looked at Katrina.

After seeing Katrina rushed out before Mac could see.

I took a look at the guys address and followed after Katrina.

not long after Katrina was at the guys house and was about to knock when she felt Mac grab her arm.

"What the hell are you thinking you're doing here? Who knows what the guy has planned?" I asked quietly, but actually a little upset.

She pulled her arm away from Mac. "I'm thinking I'm going to get my little girl back and not going to wait for some cop to do it for me." she said quietly.

"Some cop? Getting her is my job in this case, Katrina. If you knock on that door and confront him, you never know what happens. He could easily take you, too." I replied.

She growled at him. "Fine if she gets hurt its on your head."

I just shake my head and got my hand on my gun, before I knock at the guys door.

The guy didn't answer.

Katrina waited.

"NYPD open up!" I called out while knocking on his door again.

still no answer. Star started crying. Katrina pulled out her knife.

I glanced at Katrina. I knew she was protective and I knew she could protect herself and Star if necessary. She was my only back up right now. I got my gun out and kicked in the door.

Star was on the crying, and the window was opened.
Katrina run to star and picked her up

I hurried to window, but saw nothing.
"Da..." I stop my curse and then check the other rooms, nothing. I walk up to Katrina and Star.

Star had some bruise on her arm and back. Katrina looked at Mac. "You find him or I will."

I was just as angry as Katrina was.
"Trust me, whoever hurts my family, will be hunted till I get him."

Katrina nodded as Star cried on her shoulder.
