Sara nodded, "I did, started three weeks ago." she replied, "I figured since I'm playing at a higher level of basketball, I better step my game up."

"Sounds like a good plan. Isn't that actually used for self defense?" I asked, thinking about it. Anyways, it could be helpful for a game, I figured.

"It is" Sara replied, "Its the system used by the Israelis for hand to hand combat and its caught on over here for both self-defense and fitness." she explained, "The main thing its helped me with is hand/eye coordination." Sara added

"That's always good. Sounds like you're enjoying it a lot." I replied, knowing the fun things about such things, as I did a lot of training myself.

"Well, I did a lot of that martial art stuff. Still do and it's fun also. Sometimes it can safe your life." I replied with a small smile.

Same was mine. "I think I'll be so done when I get home after this..." I commented, actually now feeling that I haven't been jogging for a while.

Sara stopped, then looked at her watch, "That was a great run" she replied, sweat dripping off her face

Once I was at my place I did the same. After breakfast Keven had now already left again. We did decide to make things traditionally, so he wasn't going to see my dress till the day of our wedding.

after showering, Sara drove back to the NYU campus, parking near her dorm

Later that afternoon I got dressed in jeans and top and went to pick her up. I was a little excited to actually try my wedding dress and take it with me.

Sara was in her dorm, reading a book for one of her Criminal Justice classes when her phone rang, "Hello?" she said after answering
