The Stakes are High [Thomas, Danny, Everyone]

Keven got out of the car, watching the surroundings of the bar, till backup arrived.
Inside one of the suspects was already waiting for Thomas.
"See who's there." he taunted.

Thomas heard him, but did not see were he was, falling back on SAS training, he moved around a bit until he was behind the guy, "Were is she?" he asked while sticking his gun into the guy's back

"Where's who?" the guy asked, not recognizing the voice, as he expected Keven to come in personally.

"The lass you and pals are holding." Thomas replied

"ah... you mean that hot blondie?" he asked, not moving. "Sorry, can't tell ya."

Thomas held back his anger, "Then take me to who can tell me lad." he replied

"no one will, cop."he said. The man suddenly turned around, trying to get Thomas down.

Thomas was faster and managed to knock the guy out

"Argh." he cursed before he was knocked out. At the same time back up arrived and the boss of the kidnapping came out of a back room.

Thomas heard him and aim his gun at him, "NYPD DON'T MOVE!" he shouted in his Irish accented voice

The guy didn't move and put his hands up.
"Shoot me and you'll never your little friend again." he said.
The door he was standing in front of lead down the stairs to a small room, with no windows, which had been used as a cooling system when the bar was still going. Now it was used a prison.

"Then you better surrender to me because the lads coming now are much faster on the draw then you or I." Thomas replied as the SWAT officers entered

The guy sighed, knowing he had no choice he surrendered.

two officers came over and handcuffed him, Thomas holstered his gun, then walked to the room that he was standing in front of

Down the stairs I was now all alone, waiting for whatever was going to happen, not knowing two of the guys have been taken down already.

"Haylen" Thomas called out, hoping he could find her

Hearing a familiar voice I looked at the door, thinking about how to make myself known. Since I still had tape across my mouth I couldn't yell, but I tried anyways.

Thomas heard the muffled yell and walked over, shining his light in the area were the sound came from, he saw Haylen, he walked over and gently pulled the tape off her mouth

Glad he found me I was relieved.
"Thank you." I said, as I finally could.

Thomas nodded, "Your welcome" he replied while cutting Haylen lose, he then picked her up and took her outside

While he was doing that I gently leaned my head against his shoulder for a bit, before looking around.

once outside, Thomas got Haylen to the EMTs that were there

"I'm fine." I told them confidently as I also saw Keven walking up to us.

the EMTs nodded, then finished up, Thomas stood back as Keven walked up to her

Once he got to us I stood up and let him hold me close.
