Wrong place wrong time. (Mac/anyone)

Kat smirked at Herny and stood up to leave.

I got up and left the room with Katrina.
"Actually it's his job to ask but... can you think of someone who did it?" I asked her, actually not thinking that she might be able to say something about it.

Kat nodded. "Yes but not telling." She said looking at Mac.

I sighed.
"Kat..."

"What?" She asked looking at him.

"You're not even wanting to help us catch a killer?" I ask seriously. "I mean, I get it, you obviously weren't best friends, but still..."

Kat sighed. "No cause if I'm wrong I don't want to drag the person's name down."

"And if you're right and didn't tell us it could look like you were protecting whoever did it." I say seriously.

Kat looked at him. "Jeff Miller. You didn't heard it from me." She said.

I nod.
"Won't drop a word about it." I tell her.

She nodded. "Better not." She started walking out when her smokes fell from her pocket.

Of course I noticed, but as she picked them up, I decided to drop it and let her go. I didn't want have any kind of trouble with her right now.

She glanced at Mac then walked out.

I gave her a slight nod when she glanced at me and then watched her take her leave, before I got to talk to Henry again.

"So, lets see know enemy got killed and you're cousin just happens to fight with the victem on the day of the murder."

I turn around and look at Henry.
"Don't even think about pinning this on her." I said in a warning tone. "Go and check this Jeff Miller and you better not mention her name."

"I got that, any idea where we can find this Jeff?"

Katrina walked around for a bit not knowing Jeff Miller wasn't the guys real name.

I look at Henry and then slowly shake my head.
"Not yet. Did you find any prints or DNA that doesn't belong to Katrina?" I asked him, as he was leading this investigation and I wasn't even at the scene.

"We have one, the lab is still processing it."

"Sure." Said Henry then he left the room.

I left the room and quickly made my way back to the lab, telling Henry to keep me up to date before he left. If I couldn't lead this investigation then I could at least process some evidence or do whatever possible to keep this from Katrina, as I knew she didn't do it.

Katrina kept walking around trying to calm down a bit.

Back at the lab I found out that one of the lab techs got a match on the print, however the guys name was Michael Sullivan. I get the photo onto my phone and send it to Katrina.
"Is this the Jeff Miller guy?" I text her, wanting to spare her the way back.
