A place to go to.

At some point I ended up in the pub on my own, once again. I could call it strange but I walked to the pub by myself and I can still recall what time I got here. There is no point of going home right now. There won't be anyone to say hi to but my little bird in his cage. He's probably enjoying himself with his lovely songs.

Drinking a glass of wine has been one of the things I'm doing a lot lately. When ever I'm having a day off you can probably find me in the pub. Some people say it's a place to meet new people but the only people I meet are creepy drunk people. I could be in the wrong kind of pub but I've been here for years and of course it has been changed a lot and the people I used to see here never come here anymore. I wonder if my life has been standing still like an old clock or maybe I'm just not meant to be together with someone.

On my way home from work I stopped by the pub to get a drink and then head home.
As I entered and looked around I saw Stella at the bar and walked over to her. She seemed a little lonely so I decided to join her.
"Hey. May I join you for a drink?" I asked her as I reached her.

I turn around and see Haylen, Finally someone I know. "of course you can join me" I say smiling. "what are you doing here?" I wonder

I stand next to her and order a glass of wine as well.
"Coming from the lab. I sometimes stop here for a drink before I go home." I reply, looking at her.

"Oh well... maybe we just missed each other. Though I'm not around here, much, since I am with Keven." I reply as I get my wine.

"He's fine. He arrested three of the Tanglewood boys yesterday, that was quite a big fish for the precinct." I replied. "Did I tell you that he proposed to me,yet?"

I show off my engangement ring and smile.
"I said yes." I say in a happy tone. "Actually I thought you'd notice."

"Sometimes." I said seriously, looking at the small bandage still on my left wrist, though it was way smaller than a week ago. "And sometimes almost literally so."

"Uh... I thought you heard the story, but I guess people aren't gossiping about those things as I thought they would." I said and sighed. "Let's just say that Mac and Thomas saved me of being shot last week."

"I already asked the Kelly's to help us with our wedding, but I was wondering if maybe you want to join us?" I asked her as well.

"Well, we are thinking about any location to get married... we don't know if we just want to get married in church or maybe in Central Park... any ideas?" I asked.

"central park would be an amazing place, it's very different than a normal church wedding"
