No more Hinding. (Mac/Kelly's)

Sniper reached up and licked Katrina's hand

Star and Kat giggled at the same time.

Thomas smiled a bit, then spoke in German to Sniper

The girls looked at Thomas.
"What that mea?" Star asked not good with N sounds.

Thomas looked at them, "It means lay down" he replied

I look at Thomas in surprise when he talked German to his dog.
"I'm always surprised about how many different languages you speak." I said with a hint of admiration in my voice.

Thomas nodded a bit, "I have the British Army to thank for that." he replied

Katrina smiled. "how many different languages do you know?"
Star looked at Mac with a grin.

"Eleven" Thomas replied, "English, Irish, Latin, German, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Romanian and Portuguese." he replied

Kat nodded. "Wow thats alot."

Thomas nodded, "Aye" he replied, "But it helps keep the brain active" he added

"One of many reasons why I wanted him to join my team." I said with a small smile and a hint of pride in my voice, as I then smiled at Star.

Thomas nodded in agreement to Mac's statement

Katrina smiled and nodded.
Star waved to Mac.

Thomas smiled when he saw Star waive to Mac

I waved back and got up, walking up to them and gently poked the little girl.

Star giggled.
Kat smiled. "She's never like this with people she don't know."

"Is she more reserved?" Thomas asked

I smiled when Star giggled.

Kat nodded smiling at her little girl.

"Well, you were like that when you were younger. Always knowing who to trust." I said to her.

Thomas nodded, "Just like her father" he said in reply

Kat looked up at Thomas, not like to talk about her father or even hearing about him.

Thomas had a feeling he said something that Katrina didn't want to talk about, "You ready for your birthday?" he said to Star

"Pardon?" I asked, a little surprised as Thomas said that.
