Buried Alive (Everyone)

Thomas looked at Henry, "This agent here was buried alive by two lads." he replied, "I got an apb out on a white conversion van."

I turned around and looked at Thomas when I heard him calling my name.

Thomas looked back at Haylen, "You okay?" he asked

I nodded slowly.
"I think so." I replied.

Thomas took Haylen's hand, then gently pulled her close so he could comfort her

I let him pull me close and rest my head on his shoulder for a few moments.

Thomas comforted Haylen as they stood there

fter a little while I pulled back a little and offered him a thankful smile.
"Thanks... and sorry I didn't say anything about that offer..." I say, looking down to the ground.

"Your welcome" Thomas replied, "What offer?" he asked as he looked at Haylen

I was a little surprised when he asked about that.
"What I said to that Agent I was glad I didn't take..." I start with a little hasitation in my voice as I spoke.

Thomas nodded, noticing the hesitation in Haylen's voice, "Haylen what is it?" he asked

"Nothing, just... I dunno. They offered me a good position, but... I just couldn't see me leaving you guys and the lab." I said quietly, looking up at him.

Thomas nodded, "I see lass" he replied, "We are all glad you stayed

I finally gave him a smile.
"Thanks. I'm glad I did, too."

Agent Victor said "I'll be back!" as he was taken away.

I turned around, turning my back to Thomas and looked at Agent Victor as he was pulled away.
I don't doubt that... I thought to myself, a little nervous about his taunting words, though he was going away for many years before he was coming back, at least that was what I thought.

"I have friends that will make you suffer." Said Victor then he gets dragged away.

I knew he had, but all I could do was giving him a small triumphant smile as I watched him being dragged into the van and being taken away. It was then, that I started to worry about Mulder and went up to the ambulance which was getting ready to leave.
"Can you hold on a sec? I want to talk to Agent Mulder for a second."

The aramedics said yes so Haylen was brought t Mulder.

I gave him a small, encouraging smile.
"I... just wanted to say thank you. I guess if you hadn't fought that Agent, I'd be lying here, too." I said quietly.

Thomas stood back as Haylen went to talk with Mulder, ignoring Victor's words at the same time

I really needed only a few moments and then the ambulance left with Mulder being brought to hospital and it was Thomas and me left alone, since the reast had left, too.

Thomas looked at Haylen, "I would say we are done here, the lads I saw from before are long gone by now."

I nodded.
"Guess you're right, besides... I have a date with my tub tonight." I said with a small smile.

Thomas smiled a bit, "Be careful going home" he said to her
