Unbelievable [everyone]

"okay" I reply and sit on the chair. I look at Mac with a worried face "I should have stayed in the hospital..."

"I'm not going to say I told you so, Stella, but I agree with that." I say gently. "But now you're home and we're going to make the best of it, right?"

"I hate this..." I say as everything stops spinning and turning.. My hands grab my head and I sigh..

"You feel better?" I ask Stella in a worried tone. Just let her be alright...

"uh-huh" I reply and look at the mess on the floor

I notice her look on the floor.
"I'll take care of it." I say firmly, but kind. "You just rest."

"I'm sorry" I sigh and sit down on the chair till I feel like I can stand up again

"Don't worry about it, Stella. You've got me here and I'm glad I am here." I say seriously, meaning every word I said, and then start to clean the floor.

I watch Mac cleaning up the mess I just made. "ok" I say

I finish to clean the mess and sit down by Stella for a bit, just watching her for a few seconds.

"I'm so sorry, Mac" I say sadly

"It's okay, Stella. Really, I don't mind helping you here." I say softly.

"but you have work to do and sleep and eat and I just stop you from all that"

"What did you once tell me, Stella? That's what we do?" I replied, locking eyes with her.

"I know Mac, but still.." I sigh and get up to hug you

I pull you into my arms and hold you close, placing a soft kiss on your cheek.
"I'm fine with taking a few days off and spend them with my best friend." I say warmly, gently stroking your back.

"Thank you so much Mac you are amazing"

"Thanks for that." I say quietly, but smile a little.
"Guess I should get you something to eat, huh?"

"No" I say and hold you close "I rather have you here"

"Okay." I reply and return the favor of holding her close.

I sigh and tears start Streaming down my cheeks

"Nah, don't, Stella." I say quietly, gently rubbing her back.

I bite my lip and try to stop the tears..

Me, being her best friend, I hold her close and try to offer some comfort to her. That's what friends do: we take care of each other. And that is what I do for Stella now: taking care of her.

After a little while I finally manage to stop my tears. "ok umm lets eat some lunch" I Say and slowly pull away
