"Good, now take my hand and let me walk you out"

I walk to his hospital bed and hold out my hand

I knew that sit on the bed was tough for me and painful because of my shoulder. I took Stella's hand and kept myself smiling.

-Yeah... I'll need help to stand up....

"Just say if you have pain okay"

I help him to stand up and there was the second problem; His coat. It's too cold to go outside without a coat.

She helped me to stand up. Somethng it been painful and had to stop for some seconds. But after that I was okay.

-Thanks...

"No problem, so, now tell me how we are going to get you into this coat Det. Taylor"

I smile and turn around to grab his coat.

-Huh...

I had no idea. With my painful should, it's gonna be tough.

-Slowly... and I think I'll be good...

I slowly slid into the coat.

-Got it...

I did a smile.

-Sure !

I was happy that I was able to go out of my room, even in it's the next day of my surgery. I was still tired and maybe I was walking slow like an old guy, but I was able to walk and to stay awake and that was pretty good.

-Thanks a lot for all you doing for me... I don't know how I could be if you wasn't there to take care of me like you're doing...

-I love you too Stella...

We went outside and it was right that it was a little cold.

We reach the door to the hospital garden, I feel the cold air slam against my face. The cold air caused me a shiver. I really can't wait for the summer sunshine to reach new york city. Thank the Greek gods for stopping the snow from falling.

Weather was good. I needed cold air...

-Beautiful sunny day.... no cloud in the sky thats fabulous.

"brrrr well i think its too cold to call it a fabulous day Mac" i don't quite agree on the fabulous day part.. Hes right about the sun and clouds but I still don't like the the way too cold air. Thank the Greek gods for stopping the snow from falling.

-It's not so cold...

I was just confortable. Perhaps I had a fever or something like that...

"yeah right" honestly i hope we go back inside soon

-True....

There was a bench with no snow in front of us. We could go there a sit for a few moment before going back inside. One thing really good is that going outside made me feel better.

-Did the nurse told you how long we could stay outside ?

-Sure...

We went to that bench and we sat down on it. Birds was signing around us and the bench was a little hit because of the sun. After a moment, since we stoped moving I felt the air was a little more cold than before, but even with that I was happy to go outside for at least some minutes. Stella seems to be morecold than me and I was tginkingif it was a good idea to return inside the hospital...


-You want to return inside...? You a little cold don't you ?

I did a smile and looked to Stella.

-Thanks...

I put my head on her shoulder, looking at the trees and listening the birds. After a few minutes I started shaking, getting cold. I was still staying there whitout doing any moves.

-I'm starting to get cold...

It's been 25 minutes we was there, I thought it was enough.
