I laughed a little when Mummy kissed Daddy,

"Can I see the necklace?"

I took the box and then the necklace to show it to Karina.

Then I put it to Stella.

So I did what I told. My eyes became big as I saw the ring.

I kissed her on the corner of the lips.

It was pretty hard to find a gift for him, but I guess I found the right one.

I smiled

"And now you have to open why I've got for you."

I said and ran into my room. I came back with two little presents. In it were a picture I draw and something I tinkered. I hoped they would like it.

I waited for Stella to open it and then I looked at it. I smiled. Our little Karina was gifted : it was very well done and beautiful.

I kissed her on her forehead. Suddenly I looked to the tree and whispered to my daughter :

-Look at that sweetheart. There's still a box behind the X-mas tree !

I said and turned around.
Now I could see the box I hadn't seen before.

"What's that?"

I asked.

I prevented me from laughing as I remembered how it had been hard to me to put the gift there.

-I don't know sweetheart. But you are the only one to be small enough to go to look for it.

Slowly I went under the tree and took it.
I kept sitting under the tree cause I thought that it felt kinda cool.
I looked at Mummy and Daddy again, making sure that I was allowed to open the present.

I look at Karina while she goes under the tree to get the last present.

suddenly I feel Mac's arm on my back and look at him with a smile.
I turn my head to our lovely girl under the tree. she's so cute (:

I slowly opened it.
I really wanted to know what was behind this.
When it finally was completly opened, I crowed a little...
"Thaaaaaaaaank yooouuuuu."
I said and hugged Mummy and Daddy.

I smiled when she crowed. I was really happy to see she was happy of this gift.
Then she went to hug us. One again I smiled and began to laugh. I looked at Stella and then turned to my little daughter. Yah she was really cute...

-Now you have to find the pets you will feed with this.

Oh God that was not our first Christmas but I think that's actually our first real family Christmas cause I took days off the 23,24, 25 and 26 to spend these days with the two women of my life. I was really happy to have fight against Sinclair. I think Stella was happy to have me home knowing that I'm not going to have a call telling ' Mac we need you immediately' And I had made a promise to Karina. I guess I'm honoring it.

I really enjoyed the moment with just the 3 of us,
no calls from the office, no Sinclair with the question is the case closed?
just us and that's all that matters.

I smile when Karina came to hug us,
I wasn't the only one who smiled,
so did Mac which makes me even more happy,
I'm sure he's having a great time as well.
Let's hope we will have these moments more often.

I laughed looking at her thinking. They were not really hidden. The aquarium was put on a feature but in an other room.

I asked... I wanted to see them so badly but unfortunely I couldn't find them...

-it would be too easy if I told you exactly where they are. Look for them... But you won't find them in this room.

I gave her a clue and stood up to follow her. I wanted to see her face when she would see them.

I said and walked out of the room.
Where could they be? I wondered.
In my room, obviously not, cause I slept the whole time there...
IN the linvingroom they weren't as well and I couldn't imagine that they were in the bedroom of my parents.
So there were only the kitchen and the bathroom left.
I looked between the rooms, trying to decide in which one I should go first.

I followed Karina and I smiled looking at her thinking. She was so cute like that. It made me think she was really a Taylor and I smiled even more.
