I pull up and look at him. "Mac I know I may not act like it all the time, but I really do care about what you think about me and I just want to make you proud."

I looked at her and smiled a little.
"I'm glad to hear that. And I think I should give that back to you." I said, handing the necklace back to her. "I may be used to your words, but this really hurt."

I looked down right away and bite the inside of my mouth hard trying to keep from crying, i didn't really mean to hurt him, but in a way I did.
