What hurts the most. (Mac)

I was staying with Mac while my father Bill was at God know where for the weekend, I have no clue where mom is, but I don't really care so yea. I had just finished my homework when I got a text from my friend saying she wanted to go shopping, so I look at Mac. "Hey Mac?"

I looked up at Katrina smiling a bit. "What's up, sweetheart?"

I smile at the nick name. "Ari wants to go shopping, do you mind if I go?" I bite my lip with a smile.

I think for a moment. "I've got no problem with that."

I get up and kiss his cheek. "I'll be back in a few hours." I say getting my purse a walking out. "Love you!"

"Have fun. Love you, too." I say and watch her leave.

Few hours later
The mall cop called Mac.

I was a little surprised by a mall cop calling me. So I asked to what I owed the pleasure.

"Yes I do. What's up?" I asked a slight bit worried now.

"What?!" I replied not believing what I heard.

"Where is she now?" I asked, more worried than mad for now.

"Sitting in my office right in front of me." He said.

"I'll be right there." I said, hanging up and making my way over.

I sat in this Mall cops office and sighed, I can't believe he called Mac on me.

A few minutes later I arrived and looked at the cop and then at Katrina.

The cop looked at him. "This one yours?" He asked pointing at him.

I glanced at Mac and see clearly he's pissed, but I didn't do it.

I nodded, but say nothing at first.

"Ok you can take her." The cop said.

I gulp feeling Mac grab my arm.

"Let's get you home." I said firmly.

I look at Mac. "Mac I didn't do it."

I looked at her, not sure if I should believe her or not.
"But you were caught."
