"Aye." Erin said and smiled.

"Exactly, so what do we have and if you need any assisrance from CTU just tell me and I will check if we can help."

"Well, so far we have a suspect that may have been putting a chemical weapon together... Mr. Ross is working on the chemical that was used and we'll have to find the best place to use it." I said and sent a text message to Thomas. "Doc Harrisson seem to have dealings with a small group of terrorists. Talking to Agent Ortiz. CTU offers help if needed. Hay.

Thomas nodded, then looked at the message that Haylen sent to him, he then informed Danny of what he was told

"I'll contact CTU and see if we can find the best place to deploy a chemical weapon, but my best guess is on top of a skyscraper."

"Alright, I'll be at the court, meeting my co-workers." I told the Agent and went to the elevators.

"And I'll be heading back to CTU NY HQ."

Danny looked at Thomas, while he listened. His father gave them a deep frown.
"This has top priority now, gentlemen." Frank said, being the commissioner, he wanted this case solved and his city safe. Danny looked at his father then at Thomas and Mac.

I nodded to Cole and got back to the court, wanting to tell Mac, Thomas and Det. Reagan what I found about that lovely Doctor.

Thomas nodded, then turned to head out, seeing Haylen as he headed for the entrance, "Haylen, what is it?" he asked

"Oh... didn't know you were already on the way back." I said, a little surprised.

"Well, Danny and I are heading out to find the good doctor." Thomas replied

"Well, be careful. He seems to be a real bad guy. Feds were looking for him a few years back." I said seriously.

Thomas nodded, then spoke to Haylen in Irish before leaving

I smiled a little when he did that then went inside to talk to Mac and help him finishing up.

Thomas headed out of the court house and down the street to meet up with the search commander

When I was heading back to HQ I quickly turned around and walked back to the crime lab.

Thomas saw Cole, "Cole" he called out

I heard Thomas and walked over to him and said "I think CTU has been compromised, I pretty sure there is a mole."

Thomas nodded, "Alright, until this is over, report to me or Mac, no one else."

"The reason I believe so is because with all our intel we didnt recieve any intel about this attack until it came up on the news, though there are a few I can still trust in CTU."

Thomas nodded, "Okay" he replied, "Right now we must go on like nothing has changed." he told Cole, "The man that was in the court house is not the main suspect, his doctor has a bomb somewhere in the city."

"And when I head back I'll act like you people dont have a lead."

Thomas nodded, "Aye"

Danny was listening to them, frowning deeply. A mole... that was something he didn't like to hear. And neither would his father who was also keeping his eyes and attention on this interrogation, though from his office and not in the field, well, not yet.
