Thomas walked into the main court house, a mentally unstable man had walked into a court room during a hearing, disabled the guard took his gun and was now holding hostages, Thomas walked down to were the others were set up, wondering what they knew

I was just out of court testifying on the Third Echelon conspiracy when the attack happened

Thomas saw Mac, Haylen and the others and walked over, "What do we know so far?" he asked, not knowing Sam Fisher was inside

I looked up at Thomas as Mac told him what was going on.
"We don't know much yet. Just that a guy is holding hostages. So far we have the jury, the judge, the lawyer and DA Erin Reagan." Mac said.

Thomas nodded, SWAT was showing up at the same time, along with other officers, "We need to get eyes in there Mac." he told his boss

"I called Erin's brother Danny. He should be on his way. The only way inside is through the side entrance of the jury's room, if it's not locked." Mac said in agreement to Thomas.
"I think we should find out what he wants." I said.

Thomas nodded, then had two of the SWAT guys go around to the jury room

inside, the man had used flex cuffs on all the people after lining them up near the front of the room

Danny just got to the court, hurrying up to Thomas, Mac and the rest of the people outside, knowing his sister was inside he was worried and a deep frown on his face.

Inside Erin tried to get her cuffs off, watching the man closely.

Thomas looked over at Danny, seeing the worry on his face, it was the same he had when Haylen was in trouble

Danny nodded at Thomas.
"Anything new?" Danny asked with concern in his voice.

"Not yet, SWAT is going around to the jury box and trying to get a camera inside." Thomas replied

Danny nodded in reply, still being worried about his sister.

Meanwhile Erin looked at the man. "What do you want?" she asked him calmly.

Thomas knew it, he was not going to relax until this was over and his sister was safe


the man looked at her, "Shut up!, what part of the 'no talking' order do you not get?" he screamed, at the same time, the two SWAT officers got the camera going and transmitted the feed back to were Thomas and the others were

Danny winced a little when he heard the man inside.

Erin looked directly at him. She wasn a true Reagan, and true Reagan never gave up easily. "Exactly the no talking." she replied.

the man holstered the gun he had, then grabbed the tape roll he had with him, ripping off a piece, he pasted it over Erin's mouth

Erin kicked out at him as he did so, shooting the man an angry look.
Danny was with Thomas, getting angry as he watched the scene, at the same time he was proud of his sister.

the man blocked her attack, then tapped her legs before walking off, Thomas looked at Danny, knowing he wanted to hurt this man, at the same time, Adam sent him what he found on the guy, "Sean Carter, 33, ex-security guard for Madison Square Garden, rejected from the Army due to his paranoid schizophrenia, according to his doctor he stopped taking his meds three weeks ago." he read out loud

I listened to what Adam told us and then looked at Danny and Thomas.

Thomas looked up at them after he finished reading

"I've had a case like this before." Mac said.

Thomas looked at Mac, "What happened in that one?" he asked

at the same time, Sean started to think he was in a combat zone

"That man worked for Homeland Security. He let a building be blown up by using codes all agents have to answer with their cell. He wanted to let us know that we were vulnerable." Mac replied, remembering the case where his friend Don Flack almost died.

Thomas nodded in reply, "Lets hope that does not happen." he told Mac

at the same time, Sean looked at all the people in the room, all he saw were enemy combatants, "STOP MOVING, YOU PIG!" he screamed at one of the jurors,

Mac nodded at Thomas.
"So, if I remember correctly from what I read about it... he needs a person to act like his commander to be taken down. A man of a high rank." I said, looking at them.

Thomas nodded in reply, "Aye he does" he replied, at the same time, Flack had made contact with Sean, "I am not releasing these prisoners until I am ordered to!" Sean screamed into the phone before hanging up, at the same time, one of the jurors rushed him, but Sean hit him the gut, then across the face, Thomas looked back to the court room, then to Haylen and Mac, "I'll do it" he told them
