Dinner... wait where is my dinner?

After work I went to see James at his place, he was going to get us some pizza's from a place nearby he really liked. He had left me alone in his apartment, because I didn't feel like waiting so long for my pizza. He said he would be right back, what he didn't know was that it was quite busy there. After half an hour he send me a text, it would take some more time. I decided to lay down, I was so tired, I worked double shifts today. Within 5 minutes I was asleep on the couch.

I walked back into the apartment with a box of pizza in my hand and saw Stella lying on the couch. "Hey Stel" I said as I go near her, I noticed she dozed of when she didn't reply. I carried her to the bedroom and arranges the blanket over her. "Sweet dreams Detective" I planted a kiss on your forehead and went back to the living room.

After a few hours I wake up and see it's already dark.. how did I here? I sit up and look around.. It's James's bed. I climb off the bed and look int he mirror... "oh great my hair looks like a mess" I whisper to myself and walk into the living room.

I'm watching tv on the couch when I saw you walk out. "Hey sleepy head" I said smiling

"I'm sorry, you were away so long that I fell asleep I think" I say and sit down next to you

"Sorry, the line was pretty long, I wound have left but they already got my order. I'll go heat up some slices ok?." I said smiling and went to the kitchen.

"alright" I hide my yawn and follow you into the kitchen "need some help?"

"You can get the juice in the ref." I said smiling as I put some pizza into the oven.

"Okay" I say and walk with my sleepy head to the ref. and get the juice. I grab to glasses out of the cupboard and pour the juice in two glasses.

Puts the pizza in a plate and walks towards you. "Here we go" I said smiling

"thank you" I smile and take the plate. "here is your juice" I say and give him a glass

"Thanks. Please seat down" I said as I take the glass and moved a chair out for you

I smile and put the plate on the table before I sit down "thank" Smile

"Busy day at work?" I asked and took a bite on my pizza

"Yes very much indeed, but I'm glad you let me come over" i say smiling

"I think I have to go home after dinner" i say and pout

I looked at my watch. "It's a quarter 'til 2 in the morning? You're welcome to stay the night. You can have the room and I'll stay on the couch...I promise." I said and chuckled a bit on the last part.

"You wanna take the couch instead?" I said chuckling then shakes my head "I'm sorry, I can't let you do that."
