Stuck in a School [Thomas, Mac, Everyone]

Thomas got out and looked around, "What a lovely place to live." he said, an undercurrent of scarcasim in his voice

Danny couldn't help but smirk at Thomas' comment.
"Yeah, ya know, I was planning to move down here." he said with played seriousness.

Thomas smiled a bit, then walked to the building

Danny walked next to Thomas and then got to the floor where Luke lived. "Looks even better on the inside..." Danny said sarcastically.

"Aye" Thomas replied as he walked to Luke's apartment, knocking on the door when he got there, "LUKE, NYPD, OPEN UP"

A few seconds later footsteps where heard and a man opened the door.
"What does the police want from me?" he asked.

Thomas looked at him, "We have a few questions about Casey and Will." he replied

The guy looked at us in shock.
"Why? What happened?" he asked confused.

"To start off with one of them is dead and the other says that you threatened him." Thomas replied, he could see that Luke was starting to sweat

Luke looked at them and then stepped aside.
"Fine. Come in." he said.

Thomas walked in first, keeping his guard up as he entered

Danny followed him into the aparment and much like Thomas he didn't let his guard down. Luke walked into the living room and he didn't seem like he was going to run any second.

Thomas looked at Luke, "Were where you this morning?" he asked

"I was shopping at the mall and just arrived here a few minutes ago." he replied nodding to the shopping bags still on the counter.

Thomas saw them as well, "What shops were you at?" he asked

"Groocery, mostly. I went to JCPenny and Tommy Hilfiger. I was getting assistance from clerks there." he said to Thomas. To Danny he seemed to be telling the truth.

Thomas looked at Danny, then back at Luke, "We are going to check your story and if your lying to us, its not going to be pleasant around here." he replied before walking out

"I know, man." Luke said and looked at Danny.
"Ya better believe it. Am worse than he is." Danny said and left as well. Outside Danny looked at Thomas. "Think he's tellin' the truth?"

Thomas looked at Danny, "Not for a moment" he replied, "You saw the way he acted when we showed up?" he asked

"Yeah, I know, he seemed way too cooperative, but somethin' tells me he ain't lyin' 'bout his alibi." Danny replied, knowing his instincts and feelings about a suspect were mostly true.

"We better check with the shops he clammed to be at." Thomas replied

Danny nodded in reply and then walked out of the building again. He couldn't tell why he believed Luke, it was just something that told him he wasn't lying.

Thomas walked back to the car and got in

Danny got in as well, his mind still thinking about the conversation before and what they may find out next. Inside he was hoping to find the killer soon.

Thomas was thinking the same thing as he waited for Danny
