at the same time, Shannon came up behind Leon, seeing that he was distracted, she used that to her advantage, getting into position to stop him in case he came close

"Then we shall die together!" Said Leon then he sho the man and then quickly turned around to fire shots at Danny.

Leon getting shot fell down and then officers moved forward to cuff him.

Danny, not being fast enough to get a good cover, got hit in the arm, causing him to drop his gun. Luckily it was only a grazing shot, nothing deep. He picked up his gun and walked up to Shannon and Leon.
"Where you go we'll make sure you won't come back so fast." Danny said to him

the officers nodded, then took Leon away, Shannon watched, then looked at Danny, "How bad is it?" she asked, seeing that he had gotten shot

"If ya ask me, this guy is a pain in the ass..." Danny said, smirking a little. When he saw Leon, he knew what to expect, though he didn't expect being hit by his bullet.

Once James heard of the arrest of Leon he rushed foward to the location and asked "Where is Leon."

"Agent James Hudson of the FBI, I m in charge of the hunt for federal fugitives madam." Said James then he walk forward to Leon and said "This time you will not get away, I'll make sure of that."
