Joseph was heading to a school, he had sadistic pleasure in the killing of people, so he chose a school which had the children of certain influential people who resisted him, one there he walked out of the sedan he was on with his mafia, he walked into the school with his minions shooting anyone he saw.

Senator Morgan wzas near by when the massacre happened, his son was in the school and he was going to pick him up, when he saw the face of Joseph, he remenbered this was a man whom tried to get the senator to help and him, but he refused.
