"So um, do you know when Sid can leave the hospital?" I dare to ask after a few minutes of silence

Thomas looked at Stella, "I was told he would be able to leave in two days." he replied, keeping his anger in check

"I think he'll stay home for a couple weeks" It could have been worse, I'm glad Thomas and I found him on time. I don't want to imagine how it could end.. we all could be dead in a matter of seconds. "There are already some cops by his hospital room right? I also want some cops by his home, just in case. I'm going to call Flack about that"

"Aye, there are" Thomas replied with a slight nod, he didn't want to think about what could have happened either

I quickly grab my phone and give Flack a call. After a little bit I turn back to Thomas "Flack will make sure there are cops outside his home. Even his wife and children will be followed, just in case"

Thomas nodded in reply, he then walked back to the lay out room and looked over what they had one more time, trying to find anything that he might have missed before

Stella went to the other part of the team who was also processing some evidence they found in the morgue, But no results yet.
