at the mall (Catherine, Stella and Haylen)

"Right." I said, smiling lightly and made my way to a smaller shop, I knew they had nice dresses there and looked around.
"It has to be green?" I asked just to be sure.

"Yes" Shannon replied as she followed Haylen, looking at the dresses at the same time, she already had one for herself, "Like this one" she said, getting a green dress off the rack and showing it to Haylen

"You really have a good taste at that, Shannon." I smiled after eying the dress for a bit. "Should try it."

"I would, but I got one already" Shannon replied handing the dress to Haylen

"Lucky you, huh? But I like shopping for dresses." I smiled and took the dress from Shannon to try it on. And of course I would come out and show it to her. I had to say, I liked it.

Shannon smiled when she saw Haylen in the dress, "Very pretty lass" she said to her

"Shall I take it? Because honestly I want to." I said with a satisfied smile. This was easier than I thought.

"You should" Shannon replied as she watched Haylen, "Green is definitely your color" she said, a smile coming to her face

"Thank you." I replied and then went back to change into my clothes and then bought the dress.
"I guess you always learn new things about yourself." I said.

Shannon nodded, "Aye" she replied as she walked next to Haylen, "We never stop learning" she said

"That's true." I smiled.

Shannon smiled in reply to Haylen's comment, "If its not to much to ask: any lucky men in your life?" she asked

I smile a little at her question but have to shake my head.
"So far no one came along that got me interested." I said.

Shannon nodded, "Keep your eyes open Haylen" she said to her

"Now that I have more time for that, I will for sure." I said and smiled. Oh yes, I will.

Shannon could not help but smiled when Haylen said that, she cared for her like she did her own children and would protect her just the same

"But actually I'm pretty excited to go there and meet new people. Sara said there are a bunch of nice guys sometimes." I said and chuckled lightly.

Shannon smiled again, then nodded, "I had a feeling she would say that." she replied

I chuckled when Shannon said that.
"Girls, right?" I said and smirked.

"Yep" Shannon replied, "I was like that once" she replied, smiling a bit

"We all were like that, I guess." I said. "I also had that prince with the white horse time when I was younger..."

Shannon nodded, "Erin is in that stage at the moment" she replied, smiling a bit, "As was Sara" she added

"I guess some women never get past that stage." I replied, thinking about a friend I had in highschool.

Shannon nodded, "True" she replied, "What else is new with you?" she asked

"Well, I have the day off tomorrow and wanted to use that to get some things done at my apartment and maybe finally finish my painting, if the weather allows... but besides that, nothing major happened. And you?" I replied, thinking about my painting at home. Don't forget the paint, Haylen.
