Loosing my Mind [everyone]

"You know, I wonder why I didn't find all that when I first came to the scene." I said thoughtfully. Somehow this was strange.

Shannon got the print, then looked at Mac, "Well, we have it now, lets see what it gets us." she said

I nodded and put the evidence I found into my kit.

Shannon did the same, then finished up

After finishing and then locking the apartment again, We got back to the lab and I started analyzing the evidence we found.

Shannon ran the thumb print that she found, hoping to find a match, "Good grief, these computers are slow" she said out loud

I heard her comment and smiled a bit.
"I know. I'm trying to hold Sinclair to his words about new ones, but... that's kinda hard." I said.

Shannon looked up, "Maybe we should drag him down here and let him work here for a day." she replied, smiling a bit

"Maybe, but I doubt he'd knew what to do." I replied with a small smirk.

Shannon smiled wider, then looked at the screen, still searching

At the same time I analyzed the broken glass I found at the scene, hoping to find some more than just the blood on it, which of course was already brought to DNA analysis.

Shannon gently tapped her fingers on the table as she waited, a few minutes later, the search was done, "I have a match" she said to Mac

"Who's the lucky one?" I asked curiously as I walked up to her again.

Shannon turned the screen so Mac could see, "Eric Irwin" she replied, "And he has been a busy man as of late." she added

I nodded and looked at what she found.
"Very busy." I commented. "Let's see if he has time to talk to us."

"I'll call Flack and tell him to get Eric in here then." Shannon replied, getting her phone out

I nodded and finished my analysis, finding nothing but Lisa's blood on the glass, which means she tried to escape.

Shannon called Flack and gave him a heads up about Eric, giving him his address and that he was a suspect in a murder case

"Well, there was nothing but Lisa's blood on the broken glass I found." I said to her, after she hung up.

Shannon nodded, "I did notice cuts on her fingers when talking with her."

"Deep enough to leave a trail like the one we found? I asked.
I noticed them, too, but to me, they didn't seem to be that deep.

Shannon nodded, "Yes they were" she replied

I nodded, getting a little angry at our suspect but kept it hidden.

Shannon felt the same way, any case that involved a women getting hurt made her angry, but for now, she had to keep it in check
