On the way up to Mac's office [Mac, Stella]

I was standing in front of the elevator and pushed the button. It was a long day. We had arrested two suspects today, they are obviously partners but something still bothered me. I wanted to go to Mac's office to talk to him about it.

I walk up to the elevator and I See Jess pushing the button of the elevator

"Hi Jess, where are you going?" I ask

I look at Stella suddenly appearing beside me.

"Hey! I just need to see Mac!"

The doors of the elevator opened and I went out. I looked up surprised to see Jess and Stella.

-Hi Jess, Stella.

I bite my lip looking at Stella : I did not really know how to act in front of the rest of the team. I smiled to them.

-How are you both ?

The lift doors went open and I turned a bit so I could see who's in there,
he looks so incredible hot in that suit.
When our eyes met, a little smile appeared on my face and my eyebrow went up all out of sudden, it just happened!
Fast I tried to correct my face again and reply to his question.

"Oh Mac hi! I'm doing fine thank you, what 'bout you?" I ask so normal as possible

She seemed to want to act as the rest of the team was used to see us act.

-Fine, a little tired but fine.

I obliged myself to stop looking at her beautiful green eyes for I thought my look was going to betray us.

I felt a little uncomfortable in the presence of Mac and Stella. Something was going on between them...

"Hi, Mac! I just wanted to ask u something about a case I'm working on."

I looked at Jess and nodded.

-Right. I was going to my office.

"I see that I'm going to drink coffee myself huh"

Okay okay I am crazy about you
Okay okay I can't live without you
Okay okay I admit that I love you
Okay, I'll do anything for you

Oh why do I have this song on my mind?

I looked at Stella then. I was really sorry for not having five minutes right now that I could have spent with her.

-Sorry...There is a lot of work to do today Stella, I have not real time...

I was going to add " Later in the evening " which would have mean " tonight after job if you want" but I kept it inside cause of Jess.

"Or we all drink coffee in the break room, You two can talk about the case while I'll be quiet"

'No Stella we really have to go back to work'
'No Mac you need a little break'
'Stella!'
'Mac!'

I thought by myself and waited for an answer

I looked at both of them for a while after I finally said "I don't have a problem with that! I guess we all could enjoy a cup of coffe."

"Mac?"

2 against 1, who's gonna win?

I let Jess answer. She was okay and I had no reason to refuse to spend time with Stella if Jess talked to me at the same time... By the way I needed my coffee... It was like a drug...

-That sounds to be a good idea.

"now you're talking my language!, So back in the elevator than Mac!"

I was already happy to hear his voice, which I did not hear in 3 hours
actually it wasn't a good idea to drink coffee again but for Mac everything!

Okay that sounds wrong stell.. never think like that again! I tell myself

I pushed the button. The elevator was still there and lift doors opened. I enter in it followed by the two girls.
We went down to the floor there was the rest room.

We entered the room and Mac and me sat down while Stell was making coffe for us.

"Mac, there is someone down in the interogation room, saying he knows you and that's a misunderstanding! Anyhow he is a prime suspect in the case which Flack and me are investigating!"

I sensed that Mac was just half listening and was more looking on Stell.

I grab 3 cups and wait for the coffee to get ready.
While I'm waiting I listen to what Jess is telling Mac.

The coffee is done and I put it in the cups, put them on the table and I sit down next to Jess

I was looking at Stella who was preparing the coffee. Then Jess talked to me.

-Someone who knows me and who is a suspect ? What's his name ?

Stella sat down so I sat down in front of the two girls.

Good question I'd like to know that as well..
I drink my coffee in silence.

I pretend to look through the window but actually I look Mac from the corner of my eye.

"He didn't want to let me know his name! He says he's just talking to you!"

I took a sip of the coffe and looked in Mac's surprised eyes.

-Okay, I come with you as soon as I've finished my coffee.

Incredibely, but I had my own explanation, I took my time to drink my coffee.

"Thanks Mac!"

I took a breath of relieve. This case was really going on my nerves.

I was surprised by Mac's answer normally he would put his cup away and go with Angell
but I didn't care much as long as he could stay a little longer

My explanation had a frist name. But I had to stop thinking about this first name and the whole person who was behind.

-Can you explain me what is the case about ?

I took a bit of coffee and looked at Jess.
