Long time no see Taylor [Mac]

I just shake my head in disbelief. Of course you wouldn't believe me. How could you?
I quickly follow you out of the elevator and get lost in my own thoughts for a moment.

We walk out of the building into the busy street of New York city, I glance over at Mac and smile, he's lost in his own thoughts again. I grin and loop my arm with his, he had his hand in his pockets so it was quite easy, let's wait for Mac's reaction.

I snapped out of my thoughts as I felt someone looping his arm in mine, but quickly am reminded that it was just Stella and so I'm actually happy that she did. I hate being lost in thoughts when I am with someone, especially if it was my best friend. So I just gave her a smile and let her lead me to our new destination.

Well, that went pretty great, he didn't even pull my arm away or anything. I smile and walk to the lunch restaurant. "so here it is, looks great doesn't it? wait till you see the waiter, he's such a good looking guy wow, not that you're into men but still, when you see him you have to agree"

I wanted to agree to Stella, when she said she liked the restaurant, but she started talking about the waiter I just raise my brow and look her a slight bit confused. Oh Mac, what have you gotten yourself into? I sigh inwardly.

I look at you and grin "I'm just kidding Mac, there isn't even a waiter at the restaurant here" I just wanted to see his reaction, how evil Stella, stop it!

"I didn't know that you were that evil." I grin as I just shake my head. I knew she got the reaction she wanted and once again found myself caught. Wait... caught? Oh da** it I thought to myself. But maybe it wasn't as bad as I thought.
I took a step forward and opened the door to the restaurant.
"Ladies first." I said as I hold the door open for Stella. Yes me and my old fashioned ways.

"Thank you very much Mac" I smile and walk inside. typical Mac, He's old fashioned at these moments but I like it, it's sweet. wait? did I just say sweet? ok keep walking Bonasera you're actually thinking while you should ask if they have a table available instead.

"You're welcome." I replied shyly and followed Stella into the restaurant.
I looked around and noticed that it wasn't that crowded but there were a lot of people actually sitting together, eating and talking.

The waitres shows us a table and I sit down, waiting for Mac to follow my actions. I wonder if he actually likes this place, somepeople just find it a bit old and just don't come in, but it has something that is just really great and it's not just the food, it's also the mood that they have in this restaurant, it's so relaxed, perfect for mer to be at after a long morning at work.

I sat down on the opposite site of the table and look around.
"I see my partner has a good taste for locations." I stated in appreciation.

"Thanks, didn't I say it was a great place?" I smile and grab the menu. "so what do think that you might like to have?"

"Hm..." I looked at the menu. Actually there were a lot of things that sounded nice, but I was at a total loss today. "What do you suggest I might have to try?"

I smile and see the waitress walking up to us, I look at the menu than at Mac and smile again. I order our lunch and hope Mac will like it. Há! he has to! It's great!

I smiled a bit, curious what Stella ordered for us and watch her secretly.

The waitress leaves and I turn back to Mac and smile

"Thanks for getting me out of my office again." I said as looked back down on my hands.

I smile and lay my hand on yours "you're welcome"

I just give you a soft, yet thankful smile.

"You really should go out more Mac" I smile and squeeze your hands

I arche my brows at your comment.
"Really? I thought chasing criminals would be enough action outside." I tease.

"O Taylor..... you have no idea what fun means do you?" I shake my head and smile

"Maybe. But I think I've got someone to make sure I find that out again." I tease back.

"And who might that be?" I smile and take my hand off yours and smile

"Maybe the same nice person who got me out of my office? No?"I look at you seriously.
