Jodie had finished her training for the day and went to a cafe for something to eat and she still thought about her cousin a lot and after talking it over the night before with her hubby, she decided to see if they could catch up and talk about their lives.

Jodie had no idea that her own cousin would walk into the exact same cafe as her but will Lindsay spot her cousin?

My shift was finally over, and while taking a detour I decided to stop by one of my favorite cafe's and get some coffee, having no idea that my cousin was there too...

So just as always I joined the short waiting line, without really paying attention to the rest of the people around me....

I was drinking my milkshake while looking around as I thought I'd seen someone that I knew but couldn't be sure.

Once it was my turn, Tony already recognized me, asking if I wanted the usual, black coffee.. I smiled and nodded in reply.

Soon enough I got my drink, paid him and decided to get a table, resting my legs for a while.

Sitting by the window, I noticed someone walking to a table near me but I still wondered if it was who I thought it was.

When i sat down, I had quite a feeling that someone was staring at me, so I looked towards her direction... Whoa, she definitely looked familiar.....

I noticed someone looking at me so, I smiled back stilling thinking that I knew her but was my thoughts even on the right track?

While I was sipping my actually stroll too hot coffee, my mind was still busy with placing the woman's face I had just seen... I was sure I knew her from somewhere, and she looked so nice..

I had so many thoughts of how I'd feel if I ever saw her again since what had happened but as I sit here wondering if it wasn't my mind playing tricks on me. I still didn't say anything just yet but so wanted to.

I just couldn't help myself, grabbed up my cup and walked over to her table, "I'm sorry to disturbe, but do I know you from somewhere? You look so familiar" I asked her.

" I'm not sure but I had the same thoughts too. Your accent sounds as if you are from Montana or somewhere." Jodie said

I was a bit surprised when i heard her reply... How could she tell I come from Montana so easily?

"You're right, I am... I'm Lindsay, Lindsay Messer" i introduced myself, offering her my hand.

"oh that's nice, I have a cousin with the same name, we used to play a lot in Montana, when we were little" I told her, while smiling about it.

"Hold on... You're telling me your maiden name is Monroe? So, Jodie Monroe?" I asked her to verify.. Could it be? Is she my cousin?

"I can't believe it!" I exclaimed. "I'm still with the crimelab here in New York" I told her, answering her question.

"What brought you here?"

" Hubby got offered a job here as a lawyer and I came with him. I'm a fitness trainer and when I'm not working, I have a three year old daughter who's a little minx. My parents don't like Nick at all." I tell her then reach into my pocket and give her a pic of my little family.

I take her picture and look at her little family, they looked so happy. "You all look very happy, and the little one is adorable!" I said, smiling.

"Seems like you're all settled out here, huh?" I asked her.

It was so good to hear how happy she was, I couldn't help but smile because of it.

"Yes, I have a daughter as well, together with Danny" I told her. "Wait lemme show you a picture.."

I reached in my pocket, pulled out my phone and showed her a picture of the three of us.

I look at the photo she showed me on her phone and I reply " Aww she's gorgeous and we both found our happy ever after's. Maybe Sofia and your little girl could maybe play together some day if that's ok with you and Danny." I reply feeling glad to of found her after all these years
