Watching a movie [Stella]

I was running around in my apartment. Stella and i had planned a TV evening. We should watch some movies and catch a little up, like we always did once at month.
I had to go in like 5 minutes and i couldnt find my keys.

"Are you kidding me"??!?!?!! i said running from one room to another. I just couldnt find them. I stopped for a second.. think Lindsay think...But the only thing that flew through my mind was Danny...I shook my head and walked over to the coffee table, where my phone lay. I grabbed it, to call Stella, tell her it could take a few more minutes cause i lost my damn car keys. I was about to dail her number when i saw my car keys.. on the TV!
I dailed Stella's number anyways cause i already wasnt making it in time..

"beeeeeeeeeeep beeeeeeeeeeeep"

The phone was answered pretty fast. When i heared Stella answering her phone you could tell from her voice that she was begging it wasnt work.

"Hey Stella, It's Mac" I faked with my voice..I wanted to know how she would react but it was too funny. i couldnt hold in my laugh and burst out in a laughter.

"Sorry Stella, It's me. I'm heading out now i'll be there in 15 minutes" I said in my own voice again x'D

It was kinda odd when I heard Lindsay saying 'hey stella, it's mac' I think she probably wanted me to think it was work...

I can recognize Mac's voice out of thousands, but I have to say it was a pretty good imitation.

"That's okay Linds, But please never do that again!"
I say with a smile and imagine Lindsay pulling a face to create Mac's voice.

I chuckled at her reply. But i had to hurry up, cause otherwise i wouldn't even make those 15 min anymore.

"I won't, trust me. I see ya in 15 minutes! Byeee" I said hanging up the phone.
I stepped into my shoes as fast as i could, grabbed my jacket of the hat-rack, my bag and slide my phone into my pocket.
I opened the door and stepped out, i breathed the air when i suddenly stopped. I slapped my forehead, got back in and grabbed my keys. I gave the door a swing to close it, locked it and headed out the building for my car.
Gosh.. I should stop thinking about him, it was really messing with my head.
I hoped Stella wouldn't notice anything.. I never told her about my feelings for Danny.. neither did i ever tell her that he asked me out on a date.. WHAAAAA i was so excited.
I shook my head to snap back to reality, got into the car and made my way over to Stella.
I made it in time and was standing in front of Stella's door. Checking if i had everything. Feeling my pocket, phone: check. Looking in my hand, bag:check.. Keys in my jacket: check. Okay its gonna be fine Lindsay...relax. I released one more sigh and knocked on Stella's door.

When She hung up the phone I sat down on the couch.
I grab one of the movies, It was a horror movie...
I don't really like horror movies, that's weird though.
I mean I'm seeing dead bodies everyday, but somehow the movies were worse...

I lay the movie back on the table and grab another.
A family movie, that sounds much better to me.
Let's hope Lindsay won't pick the horror one..
I guess she will cause she loves horror movies..

Let's pray she won't! XDDD

When I've seen all the movie covers I hear someone knocking on the door,
that must be Lindsay! I walk over to the door and open it.

"Lindsay! come in!" I smile and get out of the way so she can come in.

Stella opens the door and got out of the way so i could get in.

"Heeey!" I said excited..maybe a bit too much..i sucked so badly at hiding things for Stella.

I sat down my bag, hang up my jacket and got out of my shoes. "So did Flack gave ya any good movies?" I asked while i walked towards her living room. Her apartment wasn't very colourfull but it was very comfy and warm. When i entered the living room i felt a soft carpet under my feet, i always loved that when i was at Stella's she had just the simple things a woman needed to relax. She also had a large sofa, wich ment you could spent a whole day just watching TV on the sofa without complaining that you couldn't even stretch out your whole body on it.

"Heey Linds" I raise my eyebrows, waiting for her to start with
'Oh stell I have to tell you something...' XD
but no she didn't, I'll get it out of her later.

"You think Flack would give me bad movies?"
I smile and we walk into the living room, what is the girl hiding?
Did she finally go out with Danny? that would be about time!
Don't push her Stella... if she wants to talk about it she will..
Or maybe I just ask.. STELLA!
I tell myself to stop and just watch the movie and eat popcorn like we planned.

I laughed when i heared her reply. Naaah he wouldn't Flack was the man of the movies he always had some good ones. And then especially thrillers! i loved them, but i knew Stella didn't so for my own good i would pick a romantic one or so. But at that was also a bad idea cause it would make me think of Danny.. and i really needed to push him out of my head now. I looked at the movies on the coffee table. My eye fell on a good thriller but i shook my head and looked further. I sat up my thinking face. Diciding was hard when u had to think of many things. Nothing with love.. cause it would make think of Danny and no thriller cause Stella didn't like it and she would more talk to me than watch the movie..
i looked over all of them once again why finally diciding,

"I dunno, you pick one" I said, looking up to her.

trillers were not an option tonight.. last night i've watched a triller.. well.. I'm lucky I didn't broke Mac's hand by squeezing it.. of course I couldn't tell Lindsay that.. she would wonder what I was doing with Mac in the evening... I would do that same if I head Lindsay watched a movie with danny XDD

I was very happy that she let me decide what movie we are going to watch Okaay no love story either... How can we watch a love story after catching a killer who killed his whole family? Let's take an action movie? there is not much left if we don't watch a triller or a love story movie..

The long kiss goodnight is a good movie! I haven't seen that movie in ages. It's an action movie and Melina Kanakaredes is playing in it! not that she got a big role in it, but okay..

"The long kiss goodnight?" I ask, hoping she would be okay with the movie. XDDD

I see her also looking over the movies there was soo much to pick. I kinda prey that she would pick a love story.. That would give me a really hard time, cause i really needed to be carefull right now. I had to think twice of what to say, cause if i didn't she would notice there was something up with me and Danny so easily.

And she didn't!!! i sighed in relieve when she named an action movie.

"Sure, I'll put it in" I said grabbing the movie from the table. Already too happy that it was just an action movie. Let's hope i was able to push Danny aside. I walked to her DVD player, put in the dvd and clicked on the TV.

"Okay"

I sat down with a big smile on my face. I had always loved the movies Melina played in. Okay Okay geena davis is a good actress too, and she's the leading lady in this movie. although I think I would like the movie more if Melina had was the leading lady XDDD Okay enough about Melina let's watch the movie!

The DVD starts and I take the 'dolly surround' remote and turn it on. nothing is better than sitting in the middle of the movie XDDDD but it was pretty scary if you watch a triller.... on that kind of moments I prefer sitting under the couch than on the couch hehehe... no I'm not scared easily.. XD

Stella sat there, with a big smile on her face. Obvious also happy about her choice..
Well okaai Melina played in this movie and she loved that actress and i knew that oh so good. But whatever as long as she was distracted it was good maybe then i did have a little time to think of... no Lindsay.. stop that.

I took my place on the couch, the place where i always sat when we watched a movie at Stella's. Stella turned on the 'dolly surround' and i loved it. It made you life even more into the movie... if that was even possible x'DD

"Let me guess? You have seen this one around 10 times?" I ask with a giggle.

Lindsay sat down on the couch as well and the movie can begin. I hear Lindsay asking how many times I've seen this movie.. not so many times but not enough!

"No I think around the 6 times"


the movie is about a women who's suffering from amnesia and begins to recover, her memories after trouble from her past finds her again. she's getting into trouble, her not so nice fiend kidnaps her kid, the not so nice friend from the her past turns out to be the dad of the kid.. probably.. I guess he is but I'm not sure they never really told that in the movie but whatever.. at least she has her mom.. I mean I've never known my parents only stupid foster parents.. I was more like a dog than a kid.. but hey you get used to it.. If you just do what they ask you to do you're not in trouble.. doing your homework.. getting high grades.. and they are happy..

Stella was really into this movie. She loved this Melina character much, i guess she had seen al her movies. But that meant that i had the change to drive away in my own thoughts, she wouldn't notice anyway.
I was so far away in my thoughts that i didn't even not notice that the film had ended. I was still sitting there, looking out of the window.. i didn't even hear the movie. I thought i would managed it, pushing Danny aside but hey he asked me out on a date! What should i wear? What should he have planned, there was so much to think about. And i wanted to know it so badly..

The movie finished and I look at Lindsay, She's staring out of the window, obviously somewhere else with her thoughts.

"Lindsay?"

I say and wait for her to reply, I grab the last popcorn and look at her because she still didn't gave me a sign of life. Wow she really is on another planned. I smile and say her name again.

"Lindsay"

I was still looking out of the window. What if i wear just my dark blue jeans and that red top he loves me in that..nahh to casual.. or the purple one he has never seen that one.. I was still diciding when i heared Stella saying my name.

I turned around suprised and looked at her. "Sorry what did you say"? I ask her. My eyes traveled from here to the TV and i saw the credits were already playing. Was i thinking for so long? Gosh he really took my mind over..not good Lindsay.

Okay this happened before... and well you can guess about who she was thinking about. Oh yeaah... Danny Messer! That evening we had spoken about Danny the whole night.

The worse thing was that I had dreamed about Danny and Lindsay that night. XD

THEY WERE GETTING MARRIED!!!!
I have to say it was pretty funny to see Lindsay stressed and Danny trying to calm her down. XD

"So when is the date?"

Just a guess, But I think I'm right hehe. what would you think if you see Lindsay on the couch looking outside with a big smile on her face?

my eyes winded when i heard Stella's question. How could she know? Gosh i fucked up again.. why is it so hard to set him aside? i curse myself in my thoughts.

"Date? What do you mean?" I ask her.

I was so bad at hiding this for her. And she knew me well oh so good. Last evening we already had talked about Danny it was too obvious i was thinking about him now too.

But i wasn't giving up that easily, i first try to deny. x'D

What do I mean.. c'mon Lindsay I'm not blond..
or at least I don't think so XDD

"Danny?"

awwhh I give her a hint, I'm so nice today! XDDDD

would Danny be a romantic type of guy? I mean going out for dinner and watch a movie and stuff? I think he would do that kind of stuff, but around me he's always behaving himself like he would never do that and stuff.. typical men..

BOOM she is right there and then. Shit... i'm taking over Danny's habits already.. She just knew me too well.

"I have NO idea what you mean.." I say and look away.

"Shall we watch another movie? I'm sure he brought anouther one with Melina in it" I say trying to change the topic, i wasn't giving up that easaly, and Stella knew me ohh to good so she probably expected this reaction already.

Okaai fine she got me.. I better open up to her, and tell her what happened. But how i need to hold my patient and not scream trough the whole apartment. Cause i was sure that when i started telling about what happened i would get more and MORE excited and end up screaming that he asked me on DATE!

"Busted... Well You know Yesterday Danny walked me home?" Okaai if i was gonna tell the whole story i wasn't gonna hold my patient so i cut to the end. "Well when we finally reached my apartment he asked me out on a DATE!!!!" I said and yap.. too excited.

I see that she smiles so i kinda blushed. But i so hoped she would see that! Than i hear her ask what i'm going to wear. I panic in my head.. i have no idea!!!!! and its tomorrow night! AHHHHH! I so don't know what to wear.... busted..

"That's the problem... I have NO idea.." I admit to Stella with a sigh in frustration.
