Character Bio:Hannibal was born in his home in London, England on May 25, 1990 to middle class cops Thomas and Diana West. They were simple, happy people who where kind and honest. He was raised in England until they moved to New York city in America when he was five years old. His parents decided that they would be better off in America, so they got a small house in the suburban part of New York City. They made sure not to get a house too far from the city limits, so Thomas can get to his new job at the New York Police Department. Diana decided that she would not work, and be a stay at home wife and mother. So they started their new life in America with Hannibal going to an American elementary school. They life was going great until a tragic event in their family when Hannibal was fifteen years old. Thomas was out on a mission when he mysteriously disappeared. The family, the police, and the rescue workers look everywhere for him, and they looked for two weeks. Soon they gave up all hope of finding him, but Hannibal would not stop. He drove his mothers car all around the city for hours on end, but didn't find something. After two more weeks of misery, they received some news. Another family was playing ball in Central Park, and the ball acidently went into the bushes. When the kid crawled under the bushes to get it, she found Thomas' body. From the bullet wounds in the body, they reasoned that someone murdered him with a gun and hid him in the bushes in Central Park. The didn't even bother trying to find the murderer because the decided after this long the murderer is probably long gone. So the family was heartbroken, and the police department was grieved because they lost a brave cop. Hannibal was never the same again after that. Expect for the people closest to him, he had a hard time trusting people, and he was very draw to himself. Eventually, his mother got very sick and died from misery, so he was raised the rest of the way by his godparents Victor and Jenna Thompson. By the time he got near his high school graduation, he decided that he was not going to let any more murderers get away with bringing them to justice. He decided that he was going to get a degree in Crime Scene Investigation, and stop all the wretched murderers he can. He is now a Detective in the New York CSI division.
