Visiting the fitness center for the first time [Jodie]

She didn't really wanna go but she needed to stay in shape especially because she didn't play tennis during the winter.

Claire entered the building and went to change. She really hopes that there is someone who could help her, she had no idea what to do with all the fitness equipment

Jodie had came out of the gym and was walking to get a bottle of water from her locker she had in the locker room when she noticed someone there and spoke " Hey everything ok?"

"Not really, I have no idea how to use this thing" Claire sighs a little, she felt so stupid. Everyone else was working quite hard around her and she was just looking around like she never done anything like this.. well she never done it before but still it made her feel really uncomfortable

Jodie nodded then replied " I can help you if you like. I'm a fitness trainer here."

"I'd really like that" Claire smiles "so what to do first?" She asks and looks at the thing

Jodie nodded then lead Claire over to what she would be using and said " Right I'll show how to use this machine."

"Thanks" Claire smiles and watches Jodie

Jodie set the little bracket into a hole and tells her " Have a sit and raise the bar up and down to see if you can use it."

Claire sits down and tries, it's going quite well "well that's quite easy actually" She smiles "thank you!"

" That's good and once you keep using this, it will be easier and once you are used to it then you can raise the bar a little when you feel ready to take the next level." Jodie said then added " By the way I'm Jodie McKenzie."

"I'll try to remember" She smiles at Jodie "I'm Claire Conrad" She introduces herself

" Nice to meet you and if you'd like I can be your trainer if you want and help you everything. I'm here three times a week and when I'm not here, I'm at home with my family." Jodie said to Claire.

"That's good to know, I think about coming here once a week. I think more times a week would probably kill me" She grins "I'm not really used to the whole working out thing"

" I've been doing this since I took up the course back in college and worked real hard to get to this level and still work out at home when my daughter is asleep." Jodie said

"Sounds like a tough job indeed" She looks at Jodie, Claire could tell she works out a lot "How old is your daughter?" Claire asks smiling

" Yeah it is but when you get the goal that you wanted, makes it so much easier." Jodie said then also replied " She's three years old."

"That's very true" She nods.
"Three, that's such a lovely age!"

" Yeah it good when goals are reached and most of mine have been apart from one. Yeah and she's smart and her dad takes her playgroup before work." Jodie replied

"Thats very sweet of him, I wonder if my husband would do that when we have a baby" She grins, she talked to mac about having children but also realized he's working so much that a baby just doesn't fit in.

" Yeah he's amazing and such a brilliant father to our little girl and you never know as they can surprise us." Jodie said

"People say men change when they have children but with Mac, I don't know" She grins

" Sometimes but when Sofia was born, he hasn't changed and he still the same person and loves being a father to Sofia and my family don't like him and they never did." Jodie said

"That's not very nice, they should give him a chance and if he makes you happy they should be happy too right?"

" Yeah I know and they said that he would be hitting and making my life hell but he hasn't." Jodie said

"Well as long as you're happy with your family it's good right" She smiles and finishes the machine
