Marnie Taylor is the third cousin of Detective Mac Taylor. She is the Youngest Taylor so far in the family. Her personality stands out amongst children of her age and of her family in general. She is very smart, at 9 years old she is proficient in many High School subjects, including Algebra. She lives in New York City with her mother and she goes to a Private Academy, spending the weekends with Mac if he is off work. As with most children of her age she is still afraid of death so she is shielded from it as much as she can be. Marnie has also been the victim of a kidnapping so she now carries a Jitterbug phone on her person where ever she goes, with a speed dial right to Mac's phone.
