Shopping for a three year olds party. (Stella)

I was at the Mall early in the morning shopping for things for my little girl when I see Stella. "Hey Stella!" I say walking up to her.

"Hey" I say smiling as Katrina walks up to me "what are you doing here?"

I smile. "I have a birthday party for my daughter I need to get things for." I say. Yea not alot of people know about my daughter, but now that Mac and the Kelly's knew it was ok.

"your daughter?" I'm a bit confused

I smile. "Yes, I have a three year old girl." I say and show her a picture of starlight.

"oh I didn't know" looks at the picture "she's beautiful"

I nod. "Thank you and don't feel bad. Mac didn't know till last night." I say.

"I understand if you wanted to keep it quiet but I'm sure Mac is glad to know he has another family member to protect" I say with a smile

I laughed. "Yes I'm sure he is. Well I have to get a few things for Star's party......Would you like to help? Please I have no idea what little girls like."

"of course I want to help you. She doesn't live with you?" I ask wondering how she don't know what her own kid likes

I look down. "No, see I ran away when I got pregnant, because of my father, and I didn't want Star to live like me or get beat, or Mac to find out so I have a friend take care of her." I say.
